We had hopes of getting a good gourmet burger, but it wasn't. I had the Bacon Bacon Burger, and my spouse had the chicken fillet - both were over cooked and extremely dry. My burger was so over cooked, it was actually crispy. I had ordered extra tomato, and I got two small and thin end slices of the tomato - which, together, did not even cover half of the burnt-to-a-crisp burger. The chicken was so dry that my wife only ate half of it and left the rest - nobody else wanted it either. The fries were also cooked to a crisp. It is probably time to teach the cooks how to cook.
Order: California Burger with FriesI’ve gone to Blazing Onion for years now (back when they opened a Mill Creek location). Always preferred the atmosphere and burger options compared to other dine-in burger restaurants.The burger was cooked well, nothing being overcooked or overstuffed. I’m not a fan of my burger falling out to a complete mess when taking bites out of it - So the ones at Blazing Onion’s are just the right size.Fries were a solid side. The BoB sauce that comes with them made for a great dipping sauce.Restaurant setting and atmosphere was great (especially for being a restaurant in the mall). Staff was also very attentive and nice to work with.
Had a perfect dinner of burgers! Service was totally spot on. The BOB sauce really helps make the burgers. Truly. Onion petals were scrumptious.Personally I went with the mushroom burger. It was exactly what I was wanted. I daresay it even exceeded expectations.I know there is an entire food court at Alderwood Mall, but if you don't try a burger here you are doing yourself a disservice. Trust me.
Tried this place out for our anniversary lunch date and we decided then and there that this would be our date spot. My fiancé practically inhaled his onion rings and my French onion soup was mouth wateringly good. Our drinks were delicious and came out super quick. The burgers were cooked exactly the way we asked and pretty well balanced as far as fixings go. The wait staff was super friendly and created a pretty relaxed atmosphere. I love this place. We will be regularly be coming back.
Ordered black bean vegan one and the Texas one (with vegan patty). The staff was super friendly and immensely helpful. The burgers and the fries were really tasty and quite filling. This was my first visit here. Would definitely recommend.Amongst the 3 dips I took, there was a spicy one (forgot the name) which was good. Took the cajun fries which were just about okay.
Holy cow this place is good! After a disastrous Shake Shack experience we decided to try another route for our burger fix. We were not disappointed. The chili was flavorful and hot, perfect for a cold Seattle day. My burger was cooked perfectly and the Cajun seasoning on the fries were totally worth the minor upcharge. Service was also spot on. Definitely recommend.
Good food, good service. Great menu options. I will definitely be going back! Had the turkey burger with fries. Not the best I've ever had, but it's solid. No complaints.

Visiting Seattle and Alderwood Mall..decided we needed a hamburger and chose this restaurant! Friendly staff, very good food. I had the spicy black bean burger with fries. My hubby had a bacon cheeseburger with onion petals instead of fries. The onion petals were few in number but yummy. Burger was great, bacon wasn’t even close to being done. We will definitely go again!
Tasty burgers, solid menu with lots of options, and helpful and friendly staff. I shared a burger and a salad with my mom and the kitchen kindly split them both for us -- super easy and convenient. Also tasty!
