Originally I visited a few times and it was decent with the girls at the front. The actual owner handled the transaction this time. Unfortunately the quality has gone way down. The half and half sauce tastes like ketchup now.Not only that I was over charged. $36.52 for half and half and 2 sides of sauces, not including tip.I don't think I'll be back.

We use to like the chicken from this place.Sadly new owner are cutting corners. The chicken pieces are very dry. Like it's cooked long time ago and they just mix the sauce and even the sauce is not covering the chicken.COLD DRY CHEAP OLD CHICKEN

I used to love this place. They had the best korean fried chicken around Seattle. The last couple of times, I picked up chicken from here, I've noticed that the quality has gone significantly down. The chicken is now very dry, and flavorless. The sauce was different (sir fried was golden, now it is brown). Sad to see one of my favorite places to eat, ruined by poor quality control. I've given it the benefit of doubt by trying it on several different occasions this year, but I am only reminded of the disappointment that this place just isn't the same anymore.

We loved it when they first started but now it’s so bad. I ordered the original twice in the past month and both times the chicken is so dry and no flavor, like trying to eat cardboard.Save your money and settle for KFC

Tried couple times and the chicken was too dry it looked like they fried top of dried old chicken.

I previously loved this place as the chicken was well fried, flavor was on point, and there was a somewhat decent mix of white & dark meat chicken.Tonight, I decided to pick up the golden fried whole chicken for $27.99 pre-tax on a Saturday (2022/01/29) at around 5pm. I'm aware that good fried chicken takes some time to prepare, but my order took about 45 minutes to complete. Since I got my order to go, I didn't really get a chance to enjoy it until I got home, but even then, there were a few issues I found with the chicken:1) The golden fried chicken was essentially flavorless, like they didn't even salt or season the chicken before breading & frying it2) I received a high proportion of white meat vs dark meat, I think I got like 3-4 drumsticks (like 1 piece of thigh meat) & then the rest were either wing portions or cut up pieces of breast meat. I'm aware a "whole chicken" is supposed to be 20 pieces & I got at least that many pieces, but some of the pieces were chicken nugget sized.3) The chicken seemed to be over fried to the point of being really dry and chewy.4) The white pickled radish that came with the chicken looked a bit old. Not the normal bright white, but had this dull/yellowish hue to them.It appears as if the quality of this has gone down significantly from when I used to order from them in the past.

Terrible flavor! the chicken are not fresh. I felt vomiting after eating. Hopefully I’ll be better soon. Also, one of the staff was not really friendly. Do not recommend this place!

They were not wearing mask in the kitchen and front register people.

Their chicken has a bad smell.Terrible service and really long wait. One of the chicken leg had a really strong smell, cashier was rude and their staff refuse to admit something was wrong.Would avoid

Good Food as always .. Well Recomended!!
