3 words: To. Die. For.I’ve always wanted to try out this place & Im so happy I was able to FINALLY!I got the Savory Chicken & Waffles. The breading of the chicken is so amazing, non greasy, & flavorful. The pieces were big and cooked to perfection - not dry at all! The waffles were amazing! They are savory with some bell peppers mixed in (possibly more?) the maple brown butter goes perfect with them alongside the bourbon maple syrup. The house fries are amazing as well! Husband got the fried chicken eggs benedict. He was so impressed! Only sad part is that they didn’t have fried pickles available :( That just means another visit is in store! We went on a VERY busy Father’s day weekend but our server still payed perfect attention to us and was amazing. Worth the price for sure!
It’s always sad when there’s a really good place that has really good food, but the basic standards for how a business is run are lacking. They need to fix their customer service, double check their orders, or just get someone new behind the counter. Someone who’s not going to accuse the customers of trying to get a free meal, when they point out that the quality of the food is unacceptable.They consistently forget side dishes & beverages, the waffles are soggy, put the chicken on top of waffles (which is what makes them soggy & gross). Today, they even forgot the syrup and butter. The worst part though, is when the MANAGER accuses the customer of trying to get a free meal/steal from B3, simply because we raised quality control issues.If we’re gonna pay $60 for a good meal for our family, it’s not asking too much that they deliver what they say they’re going to. They need new management, and new quality control standards. Most especially, someone needs to tell these people you can’t blame the customer for mistakes the restaurant is making. Try them if you feel like rolling the dice.
Meh- this is food was mediocre. Bloody Mary was fine- nothing spectacular. Fruit cup was fresh. Chicken fried steak is not recommended unless you are fond of gristle. Some bites were not edible. For the price - I expected exceptional quality. Maybe I should have ordered the Swedish pancakes. Biscuit was amazing! Service was friendly and on target. Might give them another try for lunch. Music was fun and decent atmosphere.
Visiting the Lynnwood and found this awesome breakfast restaurant. Very generous portion with the right ingredients.
If you ever want a damn good place to eat B3 this is the spot they have damn good food and damn good service her name is Rache.. She is the best ever server she is on top of asking if you need any more of anything she is very friendly as has a good attitude....Monte cristo And a blueberry pomegranate mimosa, and a Monte Cristo and a regular mimosa....
My server was Bria and she was very friendly and diligent! She was contentious and attentive with everything! I ordered the Incredible Hash which was great, definitely could not finish it but was well worth it! Their vibe is pleasant and is relaxed especially on the weekdays when it’s less busy. A great experience overall!
Enjoyed our breakfast there this morning. Very large portions so we had leftovers!

This is one of the better restaurants in Lynnwood. The interior wall of art was fun and unique. The food was well prepared - but didn't really stand out of the ordinary. I think I liked the chicken wings the most. Service is where this place truly shines. Their wait staff and kitchen staff were absolutely amazing. Definitely worth stopping for (if you can get into the parking lot through the construction)
I enjoyed the Incredible Hash, the corn beef was real, kinda shredded, the enormous amount of potatoes and flavors were very good. I did notice a lack of salt, which is refreshing. There was salt but it wasn't like most, loaded with it. The coffee was drinkable, meaning it didn't need cream and sugar to be enjoyed. No weird cherry flavor, no bad aftertaste, just coffee and water. My water glass was kept full, so checks all of my boxes! Only one thing that I need to get used to...$25 breakfast, and that's the norm these days.
