Waited in drive through line for 6-7 minutes, it didn't budge and there were 5 cars in front of me. Decided to go inside but the doors were locked, even though there was a giant poster in the window that said "lobby open." A stressed out woman came around the corner with a bag of food and freaked out when the door wouldn't open. She yelled that they gave her the wrong food and she was not about to sit through another 20 minutes in the drive through. At this point an employee came outside and helped her. I decided to go somewhere else at this point. I blame Arby's management for this. Pay people what they need to live and you'll have good employees who deliver quality service.

I ordered 2 meals for my family, and we received the WRONG burgers!! We received the cheaper 2 for $6 and it wasn't even enough for my men to eat!!!!! Tried to call there when we arrived home, they hung up on me!?!?!?! Is this REALLY the way this Arby's operates?!?!?! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! ESPECIALLY at the prices nowadays!!!!!!

Arby's could be great. I love the menu. But the people that operate these places need to step it up. I'm going to say it. Pay higher wages, because people won't do a good job for whatever you're currently paying and I don't think it's a sustainable business model to keep people around that don't care. Simple manners and attention to detail can go a long way at a place like this.

They changed the recipe for their mozzarella sticks and they're now no different than what's in the freezer isle, they are so small. On top of that when I order on food delivery apps the driver always tells me they have no milk shakes but I still get the straw and still get charged :/ When I called to see if my drink was stolen no one would pick up the phone and I called 4 or 5 times trying to sort it out. Bad service.. and bad mozza sticks :(

So we showed up to the drive thru and we waited for a few minutes before we were even acknowledged. I asked jokingly if they were even open and they said at that time they would be with us soon. Ok normally wouldn't care, but when the lady came back on, she didn't even say sorry for making us wait over 5 minutes to even order. Again wouldn't normally care, but it then took 25 minutes to make it to the window. Once there, she didn't even apologize or say hi. She just barked $23.86, took my card, handed me food, and proceeded to say nothing about the long wait. She handed back the card and then closed the window without even saying as much as thanks or have a nice day, nothing. And then if that customer service was bad enough, we received cold food. Worst experience I have ever had at Arby's. I won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

Order was incorrect after 3 visits. Thank Goodness the GM made it right. The employee has children running around in the lobby. And was told they have no straws for drinks .

They said they could not accept Arbys giftcard because they got new computers.I cant use the gift cards anywhere, but Arbys.They never said sorry or even tried to make it right.Almost $85 and I never got an apology.Lousy service, terrible manager.Never again.

They ran out of the Greek style gyros so I got beef instead. Not so great. Also, the drive through window is recessed into the side of the building and has no awnings, so I got quite damp while retrieving my food. Upshot: next time, I will go the extra mile to the store at 205th and Aurora.

Don't go here! Second time and it was so bad. Made us wait forever in drive thru, put us on hold, didn't know what a beef and cheddar was? (Is this a sick joke?), and the service was slow. There were like 3 people standing around. They forgot our fries too, no straw either. Last time they gave us a packet of aujus and told us to make it ourselves. This place is so bizarre, its like a different planet. I'm so confused about this location.

My husband and I usually love Arbys.However, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had.My Turkey & Swiss sandwich had no swiss cheese. American cheese. I ordered no onions, it had onions. The bread was So stale that i had to peel off the crust.The fries tasted like they hadn’t been salted.A bad experience all around.SO very disappointed!
