Went for late Friday night dinner, slightly disappointed with the taste and service. Initially the plates were not clean (as you see in the photo), later food quality is not great. Not sure if this is specific to this branch or the whole chain in general. We are regularly go to Applebee’s other branches but this time we felt quality is not great. We sent back spinach and artichoke dip as it was not great (chips are smashed and dip is kind of liquidy) but they gave us surprise cheese sticks and charged us for that which is weird. Drinks are nice as usual.
Decent food, great service! We tried out the bowls recently advertised and had the artichoke spinach dip.
Food came out cold also another dish was too spicy. We mentioned this to our server Jason and he did an amazing job taking care of us. Brought new dishes was very personal and professional he did everything possible to make it up us including his manager came over to apologize and was super friendly apologized also gave us a free desert. They took a small mistake and proved how you can change a customers experience by giving amazing customer service.
The burger had a whole piece of lettuce in it like the cook had a bad day or something, the potatos taste like they bought them from fred meyer on sale, the hand soap smells really bad and ruins the food, i get the place is cheap but you get less than what you pay for. Put some effort in it
Super friendly staff, clean, and everyone was wearing a mask. Also labels foods as gluten sensitive and chips are gluten free!
I just Love the People who work here. Always Special and Kind. They go out of their way to make sure customers are Happy ? There are vegetarian dishes and half price appetizers. It's open late, which is nice for us night owls ?
lynnwood was super friendly, quick and attentive. quesadilla burger is a tasty dish too
Catherine is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered with she said because I was sitting I wasn’t helped. Then when I said something she got and attitude and walked away. Just evil! Usually I have great experience but after today never again! Everyone seems irritated tonight.
Usually I go here in the evening time and the servers are great, in fact I get the best service in the evening, but my friend and I got Debra as a server and she was terrible, was very inattentive to my friend and I when we had the server call button and walked past us several times. She was very attentive to other people around us, we usually tip well but gave her a $1 tip and honestly she didn't even deserve that, we will be coming back but hope not to get her again.
1st time at this applebee's in Seattle just moved here last night from Phoenix Arizona the service the atmosphere the cleanliness everything was absolutely wonderful thank you so much.
