Very inconsistent food prep. I ordered a Mexican pizza last week and it was great to my surprise. Today I ordered another Mexican pizza and it’s horrible. No tomatoes or lettuce on top and no beef inside. This is why I stopped going to Taco Bell in the Longview area. The Kelso location is bad too. I received tacos with only beef and a shell. Too bad most locations I’ve been to anywhere else in the United States are decent. Not in Longview. Par for course I guess I’ll have to move away to get good Taco Bell food.
Standing at the front waiting for atleast someone to ask if I need help or something. Finally it took me yelling that the girls just standing there on her phone in order to get any help for tables in the dining room to get wiped down as every single one was dirty. Ms SOPHIA!!! Thanks to a co worker calling her name.What the point of asking for here or Togo if you’re planning to eat in it’s going to be put in a bag no matter what.I’ve now been here for over half hour tables have not been wiped down, floors have not been swept in who know how long. Ordered some nacho fries and my cheese sauce was warmer then the fries.If your going to have your employees working there is no reason why they should be paying more attention to their phone then customers
No receipt was given – I paid cashThe (what appeared to be manager- just to give a description of who she was-she had tatted fingers) was looking high- strung-out possible drugs.At 5:00pm Dinner time – no meat was cooked – they asked for 20 minute wait time, they had no nacho fries. They gave me a dirty Quesadilla- charred – looked like it was dropped. I have the picture saved on my cellphone. The gentleman on the microphone said to me “do you mean Freakin Spicy potatoes tacos” which were cold and lacking potatoes. I was caught off guard to say anything as they laughed in the background.The items that I orderedWere cold and lacking in substance.Side of nacho cheese was less than 1/2Severely upset – management needs training, along with staff training and maybe food safety handling.Concerned over food safety
Make sure to double check your order if in drive through or takeout. And they definitely need to clean women's restroom. Dirty and things like toilet paper holder broken and hanging off wall, almost onto the toilet seat.
Service terrible, drive thru even worse. If you go through drive-thru you'd be lucky to get a 40% of what you actually ordered. I'm always correcting at the window when they hand out the food.
I didn’t get any sour cream on my chicken quesadillas but was charged an extra $1.00 for it. I went to call Ocean Beach location and the number listed is incorrect. Wasn't planning on driving 20min back over dollar but I don’t like being charged extra for stuff I’m not going to receive and the fact I can’t call to get it corrected is irritating. The one star is for the incorrect number online. Employees were very friendly!
This Taco Bell had the most charismatic young man working the drive-thru. Didn't catch his name, but his vibe was excellent- sure hope he keeps his enthusiasm up all through life, he's an asset!
Ordered 2 tacos at the drive through and took them home 15 miles away. It was then that I discovered there was NO meat in either one.
Billiejo that was taking my order. Had Rock Star customer service!!! She should have her own store. She is definitely management material. Other employees could learn from her.
I hate to be leaving a bad review because I love this Taco Bell and would exclusively go there over the other ones in the area. Lately, however, it feels as though they are more focused on being funny rather than order accuracy. This is the 3rd time in a row we have had items missing or incorrect on our order. The other times for sauce and utensils, I could drive home and it’s whatever, but I am really bummed over my burrito today. I really hope for an improvement soon.
