It was wet and slushy it warm and cozy inside
Came in with my service animal got told that I would have to leave by the manager who fought me saying he would go print some stuff showing I could not have him in the store because he was not wereing a vest these people are discussing asking me what service he provides that is none of your buisness I would never visit this store again or in fact drink at another Starbucks you discriminate agent people with disability
Starbucks deliberately burns their beams to create a distinct flavor. They're also soulless and unimaginative. I only go here when I can't find an independent coffee shop.

3rd time going through drive thru. Ordereded NO CAFFEINE!!!! Get to the window to get my drink. Guess what... it had caffeine in it!! U can tell by the color. Gonna have to find a new place that follows directions!!
The absolutely slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to , I waited in drive thru for ten minutes and did not move. Decided to pull into a parking spot went in and the employees were chit chatting , I get people are short staffed due to COVID but my god who manages this place when you had 2 people in drive thru and two at the counter. It’s worth it to go to Kelso go get decent service.
Very friendly. Very busy which creates long waits at peak times.
The employees went out of their way to be attentive and helpful. The coffee was good and the dining area was clean and sanitized.
We got coffee on 06/18/2021. We ordered a coffee, an iced tea, and a kid hot chocolate. Apparently the kids cup sprung a leak. Instead of pouring the drink into a new cup, the barista stuck the leaking cup into a outer cup. Well, the inner cup continued to leak and every time my grandson drank, it spilled all over him. It was a huge, unavoidable mess.
