I will not be going to Sizzlers again. I ordered 30 minutes before closing. I asked if it was too late to order to go. They said no, I could order. I ordered two of their best steaks and garlic mashed potatoes with one side salad. The price came out to $47.00!!! The steaks were very small unseasoned, the potatoes where instance mashed potatoes and I had no salad. The first time I went it was mediocre but I thought I would try again. Now I feel robbed and hungry :(
Ate here yesterday afternoon, first time in a long time. Steak and salad bar. It was all very good! The steak was the best Ive had in a while. Everything I had on the salad bar was fresh. Pleasantly surprised for the cost, Ive paid more for a lot less lately at many places around the area.
Not great. Barely good. The variety was fantastic, but the quality was subpar. The nacho cheese was questionable haha their fresh items were great though. The salad bar, cottage cheese, fruits, veggies... we're all great quality and super fresh. But the fried stuff & the soups were not great. My husband got a steak with the mushrooms & onions on top (heads up they charge $4+/- for that) and the next day his stomach was not his biggest fan. My husband and 8 year old complained of tummy troubles the next day (we ate at 8pm). Very unfortunate as the customer service was good & their lay out was good.The building itself could use an upgrade for sure. Very run down & old.
Food was good, had the salad bar. However bathrooms were beyond disgusting, let employees know and they never went to clean them, ended up having to walk next door to grocery outlet and then come back. When we left (we were there just over an hour), bathrooms were still dirty. :/
I like this place. Always sure to get a good meal. Prices are a little spendy now a days but it is every where. So pony up the cash. Salad bar always a good meal. Help is hard to find so be patient for the customer service. 1 little old lady was serving the whole place and the owner(I presume) was at the register and he ain't helping her do anything. So tip her nicely. We were at lunch and took about an hour for casual dining.
The manager is cold and curt!! Ordered Rib Eye and it was cooked how I wanted but it tasted like it came from an old dairy cow. My side was Garlic Mashed potatoes. I received a side of cold potatoes no Garlic to be discovered. My wife had fish and chips and although they were Golden Brown on the outside the fish itself was still cold and not cooked. The place is dirty and stuffy. Went to the bathroom and the tap is falling off. Someone has hap hazardly caulked the tap in place with mounds of silicone. As you can see it didn’t work. This place is simply gross and way overpriced. Yes I realize this isn’t a fancy steak house. My lowered expectations were not met at all!!
Had a very hard time ordering as the manager kept interrupting me and trying to finish my sentences. He is essentially a bully in the conversation. It was like there were 10 people behind me and he was in a rush. The place was pretty empty and no one in line. We finally got through the order only to have the food show up incorrect and under cooked. I tried to enjoy the salad bar, it was dirty and many empty offerings. I felt immediately sick after trying the seafood salad. I only had two bites and it was most certainly off. I had fish and fries and the fish was not cooked well. I left and will never return.
Haven't eaten here in few years and will not ever return. Food was not that good besides main dish, only edible side was the frys my kids ordered. Service was good though, only plus of the entire meal.
The service was nice we were treated very nice. And helped right away. The food was fresh and yummy.
Restaurant is cold very cold, the employee were very friendly and ?the serves was great
