Pulled Pork was good not crazy about the mac & cheese I wish it had some kind of crunchy topping with it or different kind of cheeses.
Service is terrible, servers less than friendly. Food was just ok. Not worth the wait and rude service. Live music was the only thing good there. First and only time there. Won’t go again.

As I'd heard, the meats were excellent! The variety of sauces was lots of fun too. (I might suggest a sturdy bread instead of the Texas toast?) We were impressed by the side dishes too, especially the mac n cheese. Just perfect. Can't wait to come back for breakfast to try the chicken fried steak!
Omg soooooo good! Had our car across the street getting worked on so we decided to walk over and grab lunch and let tell you service was amazing and welcoming. The menu had lots of choices I got the rodeo burger my husband got honey mustard chicken sandwich and it was all sooooo flippin good. We can't wait to go back I think it might be my new favorite for Longview! Thank you guy and see you soon ?
I've been to this place four times, each time hoping the previous time was some random off day for the staff. I was wrong and my 4th experience only amplified the poor quality of food, lack of personality by the staff and overall feel of emptiness.Although this place has pool tables and a stage for live music and multiple dart boards, their other shortcomings far outweigh the novelty of bar games. The chef or some other management type has decided that this establishment needs not one but over five of its own signature BBQ sauces, which is quite an endeavor. Well this attempt has resulted in failure. One sauce being cherry this or mango that even a horseradish type sauce. All of the sauces lack flavor or depth.Furthermore, the overall impression of Southern BBQ is just not alive in Longview Washington with this restaurant. The food is unremarkable, the fries are bland and tasteless, the pulled pork is underseasoned and the brisket was embarrassingly below expectations. The staff, namely Carla was unpleasant and should probably rethink her role in the restaurant industry. Even the bathrooms at this restaurant are dirty and tacky with urinals made from old beer kegs.PNW Meat Heads, leave the BBQ to Austin, Memphis or St Louis. If you're in Longview Washington and considering BBQ, skip this place. Your wallet and tastebuds will thank you.
The food was very good, the service was great.They play country music. It’s not really my thing, but that wasn’t a problem. It was rather loud, that was the problem. I could hear everyone around us.The staff were not masked, but that is Longview. The mandate ends on the 21st, so some places have decided to unmask now. Really not a huge issue for me, but others may not feel the same.Not my kind of place, but I would recommend it for anyone who likes barbecue and doesn’t mind loud country music as you eat.
Smoked deviled eggs. WOW. Great food and great atmosphere, very reasonably priced. Fantastic place to go.
This food just melts in your mouth! I wokr up this morning craving more! We are from out of town and made a trip just to try the food. Definitely worth it! The inside is nice and open and the setup/decor is welcoming. The owner came over and introduced himself and asked how things were and gave us a little background on the food and establishment. We appreciated it! The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because the rest of the staff was not very helpful nor pleasant, unfortunately. I'd like to think it was just an "off" day.. for all three of the ladies we encountered. That being saud, we will be coming in to eat every time we go through Longview!
This is the best BBQ I have ever had. The Monster Meathead Burger was incredible. The service was great too. I will go back again!
