Personal pan pizza was just as delious as back in the day if 1983, except that pizza hut really needs to bring back the salad bar, and advertise there is indoor dining....
Used Google app. Took me longer to drive 30 miles to Longview than it took our order to be ready. Like that app let's u know cooking time and when it's ready. We did contact less pick up just so we could get home faster. Lol. Called when we got there. They brought order out and set in backseat. I tipped the man and went on my way. We love these Breadsticks!! And I can seem to make them at home. So good for u pizza hut. And as always my pepperoni lovers pizza was the bomb. Boy enjoyed his stuff crust and daughter ate just breadsticks. Dinner for the Winner!
This is the kind of employees they have at this location. I will never eat here again and I hope the word gets around. The “women” Responsible for this note should be fired. This is not how you treat your customers. Dirty facility filled with nasty personalities (I bet their hygiene isn’t great.)
Our breadsticks were burnt like crazy and over half the pizzas were just dough. No sauce cheese or pepperoni at all
My pizza was poorly made and disgusting. I have been meaning to call and complain so I can get my money back. It was so bad that my 4 year old refused to eat it and I could not eat more than one piece. I spent way too much money on this pizza for it to be made as poorly as it was.
Pizza was made right. Hot and fresh! Delivery driver left it laying directly on the ground though!
It was excellent pizza was hot delivery is faster than I was expecting to understand and I am greatly happy

The only reason I gave Pizza Hut two stars is the staffs friendly service. I felt bad for them having to apologize right off for there being no heat! The place was old, outdated by a half century that noone has taken any pride in for a very long time. Last years valentine's day decorations are still hanging. Anyway the food was alright right off the bat but the following day you would of thought I had left it in the fridge a week! I couldn't even reheat without it going hard in seconds. I don't even want to know what that means. Won't be going back.
My unit number had been written wrong on the receipt and the delivery driver spoke to me about it and got the pizza properly delivered instead of being in too much of a hurry. He took the time to make sure he did his job correctly so we got our pizza.
