Great pizza, alittle spendy but worth it
So happy they are back open and serving customers, I have been wanting some Papa Petes Taco Pizza for a couple years( I live in Indianapolis now) and this was on my list of to dos while I was in town to get married, we had a party of 10 plus people and many different orders. Everything was delicious, all the people were friendly, and most importantly it didn't let my food memory down!
No beer, no pitchers of soda, over priced pizza and lots of food waste. Only enjoyed the games that weren't that great either. Very disappointed especially since it's so far out of down town.
It was Very disappointing. There was No beer to go with the Pizza and the Pizza was overloaded with cold cheese. It was a Taco Pizza which had nothing to do with Taco flavor except the Taco packets. Over priced and under flavored. We won't be back.
Delicious as always. But the castle rock location is wayyyy better I think because they still use a brick oven.
Called on my way home from work to get a small pizza to go, it was ready when i got there and it was hot and fresh. The place was clean and the staff were nice both on the phone and in person. I found the pizza to be well prepared with ample toppings and it tasted great. Looks like a great pizza place to take the family and enjoy an evening out.
I like this place. I like the crust and I love the sauce. I always order extra sauce. I have only done takeout here, never eaten inside. Its always ready when they say it will be, and the flavor is consistent from visit to visit.
I was back in Longview for a few days, so I decided to order one of my favorites, Papa Pete's. 5 star for the pizza quality, but 3 star for the customer service. The young man who took my order needs a lesson in phone etiquette and customer service. He didn't respond to some of my direct questions, and when I said, "okay, thank you." He just hung up when I was in mid sentence. It's that kind of thing that makes me not want to go back. For the boss, I called in around 6:30pm on 1/17/2022
I love their pizzas but their phone system sucks. Every time I call this extremely annoying interference interrupts my conversation with the staff. Papa Pete’s, you can afford a decent phone system. I highly recommend you invest in one.
Ordered a large combination. Seriously one of the best pizzas I've had in years. Love those little pepperonis that turn into bowls. Yum!
