We eat here all the time, and I honestly don't know what is better... The atmosphere, the people or the food. The owner is there everyday, working alongside everyone. He genuinely cares about the little things, even the coffee creamer. And we love every single waitress in that place.Always making it a bomb experience.
The waitress staff harassed my daughter. She has Crohn's disease and she came back and told me that the waitress laughed at her when she had mentioned it. And instead of apologizing she lied and said that she never laughed at her. That's not how you treat people with disabilities. She was just picking up food for a retired veteran.
The guy who owns this place is really nice. The waitress that is working July 4th 2022 was absolutely rude.
I have been eating here since I was a kid and i have many great memories of eating here with my family. It has a nice diner atmosphere and good diner food. If you are looking for gourmet food and gourmet atmosphere then this isnt the place for you. But, if you are looking for a comfortable place to enjoy a good warm meal and be waited on by wonderful and friendly staff then you will enjoy this establishment.
Fast efficient service, delicious food. I can't wait to go back!
It was okay, the restaurant clean, wait staff friendly enough. They have a senior citizen discount BUT NO veteran/military discount ?. I am a local and retired veteran.
Being born and raised locally, I sometimes feel like there's not too much to be proud of in Longview. However, this is one of those places that I find myself bragging to EVERYONE about. Every single time I've gone in, I feel like I'm treated like family. The staff is so friendly and always delivers the best service. They make me feel special, not just like a "customer." That alone makes me want to give them 5 stars, but their delicious food just brings it to another level of divine. HIGHLY recommend the crepes ;)
After driving past this eatery many times...many times, I decided to use my brakes and turn signal, and pulled into this place. It was a cold morning, and breakfast sounded great. When my breakfast was placed in front of me it looked great. Just looking t it made me feel great. When I began eating, I expected it to be great...but, it was not great. In fact it was fantastic, it was superb, it was delicious, and it was plentyful!Their bacon had to have come from a pig that was so loved, and so pampered, and treated like the Prince of Porcine! The ladies that serve you are delightful, pleasant, funny, and they call you "Hon"...and you know they mean it.It's just like being at home, except they make you pay for your food...but even that isn't bad. I have been served much less food that is not as tasty (as here) and paid a lot more for the same dish at other places.Give this place a try...Don't delay, go there today.Dishes I have had here: Bacon and eggs, sausage and eggs, Denver omelett, biscuits and gravy (to die for!), Rueben sandwich (fantastic!), and a BLT. I have never had a bad meal...have had one error, which was remedied immediately, and I have never seen an unhappy eater.
If you don't mind the waitress yelling at you from across the room, asking what you want to drink. Along with large dogs in the dining room, and waiting for your food 25 minutes while your waitress adds up her tickets for the day. Then, this is the place to eat...or not.
Awesome place to go..all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly!!! They all work together like a well oiled machine.Food was great and well worth the price!
