Worst McDonald's in Longview ran by a bunch of teeny boppers order a large and they barely fill the fry container.and the cheese burger is super tiny and plain maybe one pickle and a half melted piece of cheese and served cold like it's been sitting awhile
This place is unclean, overpaid staff has zero customer relation skills, condescending and disrespectful. My niece slipped and fell on their greasy lobby floor, almost fell again on their greasy bathroom floors. Manager said they were not at fault because they didn't see it on their cameras that are focused on their cash registers, and basically said they to have our lawyers do something about their blatant laziness...another prime example of corporate greed, but it's ok bacause they donate a few bucks here and there for tax purposes...ever increasing prices while customer service and quality decrease..not worth the time or money
It would be nicer if somebody was at the cash register to take my order. Everytime I go there I'm waiting for someone to notice I'm there and sometimes that can be awhiile
We used to frequent mc Donald's 729 ocean beach hwy Longview wabut somewhere customer service has gotten lost, food missing or cold and sometimes both. I loved to go to mc Donald's for fries and mac sauce but the fries have been either cold or stale like they have been in the warmer for awhile and they would tell us mac sauce is in bag and get home and its not.that was tonight s experience and when I called about it ,Tina was not very friendly or helpful
Don’t bother at 1am. Place only takes cash. What a joke of a “McDonalds” this is more of a Ldonalds

Only McDonald's around I visit. The other 2 always get my orders wrong and I leave missing food. Also, some of the managers and leads at 38th McDonald's by Walmart are extremely rude(LETTY IS THE ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE FIRED!) They need to let one of the younger workers take her spot, the kids are actually amazing and very nice ?
Drive thru took FOREVER and the food was maybe luke warm.
Clean and modern and friendly employees. Unfortunately they were out of the Encantó toys
