I don't know what is wrong with this place. I stopped going here a long time ago because the food came out slow, and frequently cold.Then I returned in the spring of 2022, and found the service far better!Now, after 3 months, Mary's appears to have fallen into a slump once again. I think waiting 45-minutes for 2 hamburgers, that cost about $15.00 each...and they came lukewarm, is far too long. Sadly, when I asked the server, only said, "We're really busy today."Yes, it's my fault! I should visit when they're not busy, or delight in cold food.No mas, Maria, no mas!
Iove their $5 pastas Thursdays. Spaghetti is very delicious. Fettuccine is also good. Mac and cheese is ok.Added condiments(meats) is extra.Shrimp is $6Meatballs is $5Chicken is $4Garlic toast is $2Definitely worth a try and will be coming back next week. Staff Is very nice as well
The service was not good! The food was ok. We went there for lunch things we ordered didn't show up to the table? When asked about the food we ordered they said oh we ran out...? You think after we sat there for 45 mins waiting someone would have said something? Not! Wow I could believe it. I won't be back!
Came for lunch, food was burnt . The drinks sucked. Nice service but the place is dirty. Menus were dirty and oily with visible grime. Tables were dirty. Wont be back at all.
We order from here all the time, whether it be door dash or we pick up. Tonight was the first time we have been sorely disappointed. My husband ordered fish & chips with a bowl of clam chowder & I ordered mushroom sliders. His fish had no chips & the clam chowder tasted liked Alfredo with nothing in it. My sliders were soggy with maybe three mushrooms & all onion. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. You can do better Mary's, sorry to have to leave this.
Got seated right away then the lady walked away without giving us menus or water and we sat there for 5-10 minutes waiting. She helped the table two down from ours and looked at me and still just walked away. Definitely seemed stoned out her mind. She finally came over and said “sorry I didn’t know you were over here” then gave us menus and water. Literally two minutes later she said “so are you ready to order?” Like no we just got our menus! When we decided what we wanted and were ready to order, the lady hadn’t come back so we had to flag down another girl that looked like she hated her job. We told her what we wanted and she didn’t even write it down she just said ok and walked away. A few minutes after that the other lady finally came back and just said “I forgot about you guys again.” I told her we already ordered. Waited 5 mins for our food which was good, but wasn’t worth the terrible service. Won’t be going back.
Had some of their garlic cheese fries in the past that were to die for. The last two times I ordered them with a take out order, there were literally about 10 bits of garlic on the first order and almost zero cheese. Second time, even less. Sad! Burger was great though! Hope they fix this simple problem as I would like to continue eating there. Afraid to go back now!
Had some of their cheesy garlic fries in the beginning and they were great. Last two times I ordered them, almost zero cheese or garlic. 99.9% fries but I paid extra. Thought the first time was just a bad day for the cook. Apparently not!
During busy times to go orders are lowest priority. If you're doordashing this store is a waste of your time! They ignored me completely for almost 10 minutes. I had to call them to ask why, they said they didn't have any doordash orders, finally came to window, where I was instructed by the app to pick up, then told me 5 more minutes and still didn't come back after over 10 minutes. I unassigned the order due to their poor communication and rudeness in telling me they didn't have any doordash orders, this is the first time I have ever unassigned an order. I get busy times, but if you're that busy turn off your doordash!
Never ever order to go food from here. They will ignore you in the drive thru. The staff is rude to customers and make it clear they don't care about your order.
