The manager of this restaurant came out and told me that my service dog could not be in the restaurant and we told them we have paper work for him but they still said he could not be in restaurant the way they told us this was very unprofessional the attitude that they had against me and my wife and other family wan not called for. I hope this will be taken care of in the most professional manner.
Today was the 3rd or 4th time I’ve gone through the drive thru and just sat there waiting and I can’t get any service. There was an employee sitting in the dining room and she said you were closed. It was 9:45 in the morning. If you’re going to close, BLOCK OFF THE DRIVE THRU AND PUT A SIGN UP AT LEAST. I never have this issue anywhere else, it’s weird.
Went to get food at 11:20 got there drive through only okay get there and both workers are on lunch at same time cuz apparently there has to be atleast 2 on floor to work so essentially there both getting 2 lunches so 15 minute wait tell we can even order so we park wait more cars pile in I let a truck know hey on lunch so about 13 minute wait so he parks more come try getting food to no success so the truck tells the car coming in I'd feel better if u let us go ahead of u as been waiting and there still not open again yet there's about 12 cars wIting now anyways finally get to order and there outta shake mix and have no warning or anything to let people know so couldn't get 2 of the 4 items we wanted and so we go pay and the young lady seems put off and annoyed that there are people order food like never in my life have I had someone so unfriendly and looking so irritated well getting me my food I paid for just over a very very sad experience couldn't recommend to anyone just a huge let down
The world is open, the world is unmasked, and you STILL have your dining room closed? Disappointing. We came buy to eat at your restaurant today but we do not support businesses who are remaining ridiculous (nor do we let our kids eat in the car) sooo…pass. Moving on to eat somewhere else.
Fast and friendly service every time I've been there. I love that they are open late. The curly fries are my absolute favorite.
I have been filling out surveys, posting reviews and all I get is a generic response indicating that someone will contact me if they find reason in my complaint! Apparently charging me in the app for $37.00 and change, then being unable to fulfill my order of two large shakes, being ridiculed by staff for not accepting their offer of two large sodas which are not even close to the same amount of money, then told to leave the restaurant, at which point I had to ask if I could at least get the food I ordered at which they shoved cold food in a bag and asked again that I get out. Refused to give me a receipt showing that I didn't get my shakes. Scribbling an illegible note on blank receipt paper signing the employees name also illegible and refusing to tell me their names is not a reason to contact me or refund any of my order! At the very least they should refund my shakes but any company that gave half a #$%&! about their customer would have refunded my order in full and thoroughly apologized! One of my favorite places to eat and now I can't go to the only fast food place I like! At least not the one in my town that is two blocks away and I used to eat at weekly!!!! I don't know what to do!
Made me the wrong burger. I don’t eat meat. Then made the correct impossible burger. Got home and took a bite… it was completely raw inside. Disgusting. No way to contact the store manager.
The food was good, service was just OK. Staff not very friendly. Dining room closed. Grrrr! What with so much competition in a small town, you'd think the customer service would be better. But noooo, there were no smiles, no 'welcome to JIB', Nothing! I'll probably go elsewhere next time. Very disappointed in their lack of appreciation for their customers ?
They can never count change correctly back and just throw my tax money change and more back at me. If the workers count count change back they shouldn't be there. The girl was so rude, acted like I was inconveniencing her as she takes off her headphones and says what??? Forgot the sauces I asked for and could tell just didn't care. This was at 10:15 on Thurs. Jan.13. If you have a good experience here consider yourself lucky! The long wait before me is probably why the girl got flustered and hurried.
I pulled up to the drive through at 715 pm. It was full. Ok that's fine everyone is hungry I get it. I got to place my order around 730 ish. Needless to say I didn't leave until almost 8pm. I ask the young woman at the window if everything was ok " been in line for long time". Her reply was " there is only three of us here deal with it". "Deal with it". Really great customer service experience I've got to say.
