Service was decent. Food was like a zillion other Americanized Mexican places. And expensive.

Below average quality and service with above average prices. Drinks are crazy overpriced and the gratuity rate is pretty up there. Wouldn’t be bad if we saw our server more then twice. When the dining rooms empty you expect better. We were the only table occupied in the whole place.
Great place for celebrating a special occasion or of you want great food and drinks! The outside looks like a tavern but after we sat down the menus said Margarita Factory. I love Margarita Factory so this was an awesome suprise! The service was excellent and food and drinks are excellent! If you havent been here you should check it out.
Foods good lots of flavor, salsa rocks drinks were a bit weak but good tasting, the price? Wow not for the budget minded. Service was very good nice people staff was very attentive

Food wasn't that great! And the drinks were very over priced!!! Don't like how they added the tip for us which was 18%...their hot sauce was the best part of dinner???
Considerable improvement in service over our last visit. Staff was wonderfully engaging, friendly and attentive.According to the menu, Guadalajara Grill and Cantina is now; The Margarita Factory. My husband tried a medium “Best in Town Margarita.” This *medium margarita was huge and he enjoyed it.Pretty good food! Kind, friendly staff, but service was quite slow. Not sure if I’d come here if I were crunched for time.I ordered a cheese enchilada, rice and beans and it was good. The beans were different and I’m not sure if that was a plus or minus. The chunky guacamole was the highlight of my meal. I see that they make some pretty spectacular adult beverages but didn’t partake. Since this was a girlfriend’s luncheon, I will return so that Mr. Wonderful can give it a try.
