Customer service 5 stars, staff friendliness 5 stars, coffee about 1 star. This was my first time here and was told later that they are not the place for hot coffee but rather their other drinks are what you want.

This is my favorite Dutch Bros location in the Longview/Kelso area. The staff is super friendly and remembers what I drink, though sometimes I surprise them. lolYou need to go early in the morning or starting around 7pm, other than that very long line, but it moves pretty quick. They usually have a runner order taker work, just not until midmorning. Overall though with how wonderful the staff is you don't really notice the wait!

This is a great place to get a coffee, a smoothie or even drinks for kids! Everyone who works here is extremely kind and very involved, people always ask how your day is and if youre doing anything fun. Lines can get very long sometimes but they move extremely fast, especially if someone is outside taking your order. A great place all around!

Very upbeat! Got my order to me quickly and efficiency! Not to mention best coffee around! Especially for a place that doesn't just serve coffee! They have smoothies, energy drinks, and freezes! Drinks for all weather! Definitely recommend stopping by!
