I always do the mobile order and pickup at the window method and everytime has been a quick and easy process! The employees are always so kind with smiles!
They are always so fast with delivery and very polite. I ordered online and in the comments for driver section I asked them to write a joke on the box and they did not disappoint totally made my day
Pizza was good, got medium two topping for Cary out special. . Got 6 wings and they skimp on the hot wing sauce , wings are very small to start but then with very little sauce it makes it feel less worth the cost . It looks like they very lightly drizzly hot wing sauce on top instead of properly coating the wings . I arrived before my scheduled pickup time and asked them to put extra sauce on wings waited 45 minutes. Found that did not happen . Not a one off time either , 3 separate stores , twice I update my name on the order to "extra hot wing sauce" in hopes of getting a proper amount of sauce to feel like I'm eating hot wings. I Did this since you can not leave any notes in app not sure it would be read or followed though . Only way I have to get a decent amount is to call . Which is a pain. -1 star for portion of chicken wings to cost ..., -1 for lack of sauce .....-1 for not getting order correct even when I have asked and tried many times to get order done right .... + 2 stars for pizza being done right and staff being friendly even if they didn't do part of order correct. I'd say stay away from all things chicken with dominos wings or boneless bites ( same sauce skimping many times )
We love our West Longview Dominoes! The crew always does a great job. The pizza is always the best! Great service, friendly faces, awesome delivery. Best Dominoes!!!
have had no problems with this dominos, orders get here fast! and when i have ordered from inside the store the employees were nice
I waited over an hour for carside pickup. Had to park on side due to no available parking and then moved to front of store and about 10 mins someone came out and asked if I had a carside pickup. I doubt I'll be coming back to this location.
I ate at Dominos for the first time last week and it was excellent, especially the cinnamon twists. The only thing I would change is where they put the cinnamon topping. Spooning it alongside the twists is messy, and wasteful.Putting it in a small/ med container makes more sense. (Just saying). Other than that everything was excellent and I would definitely go back
Great customer service and fast delivery, i always try to tip at least five or ten dollars to help the upcoming generation of potential leaders.

Went to drive thru window to pick up pizza and saw several workers but none acknowledged me being there. Went around to door and went inside and order was on shelf , when he repeated my order he didn't mention one item so I asked about item and he said they were out and due to none delivery .. they hadn't received the item yet . This I understand but what I have to complain about is getting a pizza for 5.99 is wonderful but if I had been told the chicken on my pizza would only be enough to cover 2 pieces I would have never ordered it . Super disappointed . Beyond that I must say the cheesy bread was wonderful and delicious just not cut . Wish I could give a better review
