Worst ice cream cones we have ever had. The ice cream was not cold enough and we had them redo both cones. The staff had an issue with our request. Then one girl kept wrapping the napkin on the ice cream. When we complained the manager told us ,there's nothing wrong with those cones. We tried to explain and the whole ordeal turned into a yelling cursing match. We go to this dairy queen once a week and have NEAVER had any issue before. Very sad.
This place is so out of touch with the rest of the dairy queens. I guess they just do there own thing.If you like chocolate icecream.... Don't go here. They have decide not to carry it.I will not be back.
Worst customer service ever.And not to mention they can’t even scan coupons right now because their systems “never work”This place should honestly just go out of business they can never get your food right and the service is the worst I’ve seen anywhere. They forgot my coctail sauce, after I asked for two with my shrimp, fries not fully cooked, i spent $72.99 blizzards melted by time home...
This place has absolutely gone to [email protected]#^%. So sad for the owners incestimf all that money. We use to goweekly but now the food is terrible they don't even have the energy to turn the blizzards upside down and the chilli dogs well take a look. This is the third time they halved the fries days old Chilli taste like and they can't even get the dairy in dairy queen right!. So sad to say but this location should fire everyone start fresh bring back some adults that do food and blizzards right and get the local love back!!!
Food was great, and hot and fresh. Just never got ketchup or salt for the fry's all good

Went to the restaurant tonight and ordered a meal, 2 blizzards and sundae. They made everything incorrectly. How hard is it ? I personally think the drive through workers instead just standing around should actually do their job. So I was very irritated chewed out lady in drive through and even called back and chewed out. I agree with others on here. You should begin to read your reviews. I’m sorry for being rude to the manager but I was flustered. Please do better. Jerry’s legacy deserves it.
Our bacon burgers were cold... fries were hot.. service was friendly. Running, I think, was just a little off for all of the food to be done at the same time. ?
I believe this DQ seems to be a great restaurant to choose for fast food restaurant’s. I was a DQ manager of a very clean and well kept store. I look for a clean store and prompt service with a smile and to be well stocked with products. Do not tell me you have ran out of something
