For the love of God almighty, re-train your staff to include napkins and a fork with the damn mobile orders! I even asked if there was a fork when I was at the window. The gal said Yep! I get a mile away, open the bag and no fork! Went back and the young man working came to the window and was nice however. Order #M91 on 7/15/22
My favorite place to eat when out of the house. My perception is the food is as healthy as it gets for “fast food” - of course mileage my vary based on what topping and sides you select. I like to order the bowl and get two wraps on the side. This way I can turn it into three small meals. - two burritos and the rest in the bowl. What’s you favorite Chipotle hack?
The area where they assemble the orders could be cleaner. The area where you get napkins, plastic utensils and condiments had too little salt and no pepper. The food tasted fresh and it was full of flavor. After placing my order, a young male team member asked me if that was really all I wanted. I replied: "most definitely." By his demeanor, his question had nothing to do with food or anything officially sold by Chipotle. These unpleasant incidents are a major turn off and they create a negative impact on the brand.
I went to Chipotle today and was looking forward to a wonderful experience with my normal meal, I went in with my family and everything was normal, we waited in line and when I and my family were ordering, they didn’t have white l rice, vegetables, or bottled Coca-Cola. After we ordered we tried to find a table, and every table we went to was dirty, we talked to them to ask to get something to wipe it down, they declined and went around asking. We finally decided to sit outside and even then the tables were dirty. I don’t know if they had someone managing them, they weren’t busy and couldn’t find a wipe. The service other wise was great.
I go here at times but would not say it has been a good experience. Portions smaller than other ones, staff isn't mean but are just going through the motions. The thing that has really brought down the rating is arbitrary business practices.Twice I went to the location to order something that they said they were out of. No big deal right? It happens. I then see the item they are out of and point it out. I get told, that is for online orders only and flatly refuse to serve me. In no world can this be the way you conduct your business please address and fix this. Your customers are your customers just serve them...
Second time coming in to no sour cream or salsa, and this time they have no chips too. You're a burrito place with no sour cream or salsa or chips?? Why?? I know you need your shipments to come through, but, this is ridiculous... send the manager to the store for some sour cream and salsa, or order more next time. Not worth my money to come back again.
It’s a Thursday, I order online to pick up at 6:30. I get there, they ran out of steak so they ask me to wait 15 minutes, which I have no problem with. I wait, come back through the drive-thru, they ask for 5 more minutes, I wait, come back through the drive-thru which takes about 15 minutes before I get to the window, they say they have it almost ready and one more circle around and it’ll be good. It’s now 7:30, I’ve waited an hour. I get to the window, ask for my order by name politely, and they seem to have lost my ticket. I show them my phone so they can make the order, and after another 20 minutes of waiting they bring me the food (as i’m watching them work at an absolute SNAIL pace (even after informing themi’ve been waiting for over an hour)). I get the food, drive home, they botched half of what I asked for. I spent $50 for 2 people, and will never be returning to this location. As someone who works in a restaurant, the managers should be ashamed of themselves. Borderline theft.
It has all the ingredients and the taste is uniquely delicious. In this place they are friendly and fast service.
Ordered through app, which was kind of buggy for pickup time I think. Kept throwing error processing payment then would say time not available, select new time 15 min later and same thing , wasn't till I selected an hour out it worked . Got barbacoa bowl and burrito , asked and paid for extra meat. Asked for extra fajita and cheese . All done perfectly with extras and super fresh. Keep up great portions and good food.
This location sucks. Last time I ordered my salad has no lettuce, and no dressing. I went yesterday after months of not going. No one in the store or drive thru line…half the food line was empty and they had NOT A SINGLE SOLITARY TORTILLA CHIP! Just throw away the whole location.
