Wow. I am impressed at the improvements they have made. From great customer service to fast service with a smile . I placed my order inside at dinner rush . I had my order and was out the door in under 5 minutes and the food is very good. I ordered the hand breaded chicken sandwich and my husband had the super star. Both tasted great. We will definitely come back again.
Always good for a late night burger and fries. It's about an 85% chance that your order will be exactly what you ask for too. Oh but if you ask for extra pickle expect them to all be in one pile on your burger. I still go to this Carl's all the time though.
Consistenly mess up order. Put too much mayo, and undercooked french fries. Management must suck here because vancouver carls jr. Has no issues.
Not as good as I remember I live in Texas and was excited to have Carl's Jr. A bit disappointed ?
Hubby & I went to Carl's Jr. for a late lunch. The service was prompt & friendly.The food was prepared quickly & to expectations. We got Gold Digger Chicken sandwiches & fries, and both were tasty. The best part was that the Chicken was not the gross pressed & formed junk other places sell. It was real Chicken meat.The restaurant was spotless. Every table clean. The Condiment area was fully & nicely stocked, and very clean as well.Kudos to the Manager, for teaching, instilling and expecting his employees to keep the restaurant in good order & provide great customer service, and Kudos to the employees for following orders.
Two separate times I have gone to get a double Western Bacon Cheese Burger. The first time it was a single and this time it was a monster burger. Do you suppose I should try again? I am very disappointed the monter bacon burger was not worth it! Its messy and just not that great.
Recently for the first time I had one of their burgers,and it was cold. All of it. The burger bun, the burger patty, the cheese, however the bacon was lukewarm. (The pickle and onion and lettuce were cold as well, like they should be.) I went back later that day and complained. They told me I could order another one right then, but I said I’d wait until another day, so they took down my name. I went again today and got my replacement burger. Same one I ordered before with the exact same result. Again it was COLD. This is an $8+ burger folks! Their burgers taste good, and I don’t think they skimp on them, but why can’t they serve them HOT?
Hamburger was good French fries were undercooked and soggy Milkshakes are way too expensive
Love this place! Staff are always friendly. Food is made to order and has been good. They even let us order an unseasoned patty for our dog! He loves going through their drive thru.Thank you all for your hardwork and helping us have a delicious dinner!
The girl working drive through was rude and just trying to rush me without even knowing I had a second order. Then once I got my second order she didn't give me my sauce so I asked for it then she rolled her eyes. She needs to work on her customer service.
