Staff was so unorganized! I had 2 people in head of me before ordering and it took 15-20mins to even order food ! When I ordered the food it took 1hr to bring out the food and they forgot to bring my corn out! The wings were soggy and under cooked! Fries were soggy too! Staff got attitude when I asked for refund on my corn that I ordered that never got brought to me! I didn't realize it until me and my husband were done eating! Worst Wing stop ever! Never will eat here again! They need a better update store with newer soda machine like the others! Staff members need to learn how to communicate and work better as a team! None of them knew how to work the register!
This place was really busy. The girl at the register answered AND stayed on the phone in the middle of taking our order, another lady came up to the counter to actually take our order. The register’s and card readers are filthy as well as the counters and walls. There was NO garbage can in the restaurant to throw your trash away after you ate. What restaurant has no garbage in it? The food was ok. Under seasoned, the fries were soggy. Honestly I would not recommend this place just based off its cleanliness. Someone should call the health department and report this place.
Waited 10 minutes to be helped and then in the middle of taking our order the cashier answered the phone and began to take the order of the person on the phone. Waited another 15 minutes until the manager asked another employee to help us. The card reader was caked with sauce and crumbs which I personally find gross. Almost every surface in the store is covered with some sort of sauce sludge or crumbs. We were told it was a 18-20 minute wait, which is no big deal, but we ended up waiting 50 minutes for our wings. I wouldn’t come back because of the disgusting state the store is in, but if I had to I would order online ahead of time.
I’d had previous experiences that were fine here before but this time I brought friends for lunch, promising them it would be good, and I was embarrassed that I’d recommended it. There were flies buzzing around inside, the floors were sticky, we watched wings get tossed on the floor… the guy at the cashier has no idea what he was doing, there was one poor girl that seemed to be the only knowledgeable person but she couldn’t do everything. It took almost 10 minutes for one person to place a simple lunch order, and then the food wasn’t even hot, fresh, or well seasoned when it finally came out. Overall, very sad we went. Don’t know that I’ll ever go back to this location.
Called to place an order told us they were taking call ins because they were busy so we placed a order online was quoted 60-65mins we swung by there 20 mins in was shocked there were really no bags up there so was confused why we couldn’t place an order through the phone or in person but only seen two employees then we left sat in our car three more People came out we called 40 mins in because we only seen 4 people go insides and they told us 20 more mins just really disappointed
Not enough staff so confusion is often. 35 min wait is understandable. Repeating orders often or forgetting orders is not good. Waiting for food then being told orders are waiting on fries which means hot fresh fries then being served cold chicken and cold fries is unacceptable. Waste of time and money.
CALLING OUT THE WINGSTOP MANAGER!!!!!! My active duty husband, working a 12.hour shift just needed to use the restroom while we were waiting an hour for our food. A gracious employee aloud him to quickly use the restroom during the wait. He was greeted on the way out to the manager cussing him out in front of other customers and their kids, then turned around to do the same to the rest of the employees working. When someone tried defending my husband for just using the restroom, the manager did not hesitate cussing her out and calling her foul names as well. The employees working at the time were all victims of this unpleasant, unprofessional, and unnecessary experience. This manager clearly should not be working there if one small incident like someone using the restroom sets them off to where they start yelling and cussing everyone out in the restaurant. I truly am disappointed and embarrassed that the employees there had to apologized for their manager's HORRIBLE behavior.
absolutely horrible! gave us old food that appeared to be soggy. there was ranch all over inside the bag, they gave us flat soda. they also gave us cheese fries with old cheese and you could see the brown on it. this restaurant is dirty and the staff is disrespectful.
Yumm yumm. Not for sure who was on this shift tonight 1/8/22.Kudos to the staff. I called my order in . An hour wait.. right to the minute.The wings were delicious, cooked right, crispy, seasoned well. You know cooked with care!. Thank-you, way to go to the staff, counter person. It was truly a busy night for them.Order was verified before I got off the phone. Well done Lakewood Wingstop. I could have went to any other one, i am glad I chose Lakewood. Came from Parkland. Worth the drive. A team on tonight...Lemon Pepper the best...
Wingstop is usually my favorite and when I hear they came our with crispy thighs, I had to try them! I was so disappointed that my chicken was NOT cooked all the way through! I was wondering why my food was prepared so fast?
