We ordered, went up to the window, and I kid you not they only got the drinks right. The food was completely wrong. I drove back from home, only to realize they knew about it. They handed me the bag they were supposed to, untouched since we had ordered about 20 minutes prior. Well, naturally they made the food wrong in our order, and it was horrible. They let me keep the other bag though, and that food was good, but that was their only saving grace! Hoping they pick it up. They once were good.
Would have given a 5 star but the geniuses in the restaurant that made the order failed to label the 4 different burritos that they made on the wrapper. This would have been ideal for someone who was ordering for other ppl like I just so happened to be doing but since there was no label, all 4 burritos looked the same. Laziness and thoughtlessness from the crew at this taco bell. ??♂️
Ever since they rebuilt, it’s been completely better in service and food.
I wish I could mark a negative star. Just went through the drive thur. Order number 1. Customer service was awesome. Tacos taste like chemical ( bleach ) . I will never eat at a taco bell ever again.
I ordered online and they missed a taco on there which we payed extra for. I hate that online you can’t make a complaint that something was missing! It’s unfair and wasting money.

I came to this location as a Dasher. At the time of my visit, the drive-thru was very busy. The representative that I came in contact with was very personable. Unfortunately, the lobby was closed. That is the only reason why this restaurant does not get five stars, because one critical aspect was non-functional.
Fastest drive through service in Tacoma. The line was literally out of the drive through lane and I got out of there in less then 15 minutes with hot food. Employees were polite and the order was correct. The tacos weren't a mess either so they didn't rush trying to hurry food out.
Well they really did big things the update is great it looks like they have some new employees...all around good experience... they where having technical issues with there system.. which is understandable but they where so professional...
Taco bell got expensive!! :( lol but it was worth it try this location for the first time and it was very well and delicious!!(the 5pm shift is very good in doing the tacos!!)
