I give this restaurant a 1star. I deliver food from there sometimes and this afternoon an elderly gentleman came in requesting to use the restroom and was told he had to purchase something. He had to use the restroom so bad and was clearly in distress. The staff ignored him after he was told to purchase something. The gentlemen proceeded around the corner to the restroom where he “did his business” on and in front of the men’s restroom door. The lobby was full of people that included children. The staff completely refused to clean it up and it sat there for the time I was there until I left. Completely unprofessional and unkind.
If I could give them 0 stars I would . AFTER THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER & AFTER THEY ALREADY HAD MY MONEY IN HAND, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS $19 when it should have been $13.. (they charged me a while extra meal) so I politely made them aware of the mistake assuming it would be no issue to give me my CORRECT CHANGE BACK, BUT NO!! They told me they could CREDIT me the difference meaning I can come back at a later time and get Taco Bell that I already paid for because they could not issue CASH REFUND and that has always been the policy!! So HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE WHEN IT WAS THE NEW EMPLOYEE FAULT? Not only were the Taco Hell employees all rude the manager on duty was disrespectful, sarcastic and rude. She also was treating me as if I made the mistake. The food was disgusting and poorly put together. The place was trash. Never again will eat their again!!
Fast and efficient as always, these guys are super nice and deserve more credit than I can give for all their hard work. Especially with how variable the clientele can be when right on 38th Street. Keep it up guys.
This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to 3 out of the 4 times they either forget things or it's so poorly made it's almost inedible. They forgot my entire meal once and then accused me of tying to steal. Ridiculous.
They are FAST, FRIENDLY, and the food is hot and what it should taste like! Yumm!! Their teamwork was inspiring to see so something is working great there. Lots of other places had long lines @ 6:30pm. This one had the cars rolling. It was so impressive. They verified my order via voice. Nice job! Excellent food, excellent customer service!
Great food. My coworkers and I went here after work (1.45am) and they treated us well, quick and fair. They were the only place open at that time and I highly suggest this taco bell.
If good customer experience and courtesy is what you're looking for, don't waste your time coming to this establishment. They are rude and unprofessional. Don't set your expectations too high on customer service.
I did an online order and only one of the three burritos that I got was correct. I ordered a steak quesarito and they didn’t even get it right, I got a beef and rice burrito instead. The other burrito was supposed to be a beefy 5-layer with chipotle sauce and rice and guess what??Couldn’t even get that. I am super disappointed because they even gave me wrong order at first and when I told them that it wasn’t my order the girl said “oh, that was the wrong order” and still proceeded to give me another wrong order!!!
I enjoy using the Taco Bell app because it typically makes for a convenient experience.The tacos were practically empty, the chalupa wasn’t fried. no sauce (even though it was ordered in the app), and the five laver burrito wasn’t grilled and wasn’t evenly dispersed. No one enjoys a refried bean pocket, I promise you.Overall, all of the food items ordered were partially or wholly inadequate and the customer service didn’t make up for those mistakes. I won’t be visiting this store again.
A lot of places have gone downhill since covid but not this one. This place is fantastic. They always get my order right, it's hot, and everyone is nice and professional. They're also always wearing masks and gloves correctly.
