The person who works there around 12 is the most attitude filled person. I will not go there anymore separate day was rude to my daughters Dad. Poorest customer service ever.
I was just in and the service is poor the 2 hotels behind the counter had no customer service skills. They have a negative cold atmosphere when walking in. And the soup I got even though the container is hot the soup is cold lumpy. I called and I know they aren't busy cuz I just left. Well it took15 rings for them to answer and for them to just say oh.... I'm sorry that it's cold. They asked if I wanted to bring it back I told them no I'm going to throw it away because it would be a waste of time for me to have them make a new one and beat up a soup that should be kept in a warmer in the first place. So this subway is a joke.
Had the chopped salad BMT style. Not shure why they charge more when I don't get bread, just a plastic bowl. Just like to have something other than a burger.?
Got coupons in mail..this subway took them last week and does not today without and reason why...slow service with no knowledge
Ordered food online for pickup waited 30.min past time the app said order ready for pickup . This location is constantly slow I can't blame the one person they have working maybe they need more help especially during rush times
