Go to Starbucks up the street. Much nicer. Came in other day during the afternoon and Cyan took my order. She was rushing me and acted like I was an interruption for what she doing. I order a pike and it was cold. Definitely old.There was a bunch of foam at the top that left a whole bunch of room at the cup after 2 minutes!!!!! I’d much rather go somewhere where baristas care about their customers!!!!!
I liked how the service here was great before, but now one of the staff members ( shae) is not good enough when i oder drink and she charge over the prize and i ask her but she not explain for me and then when she give me a drink just a half cup why ? I odered a Vanti cup but she give me just a half cup i’m not feel good thay time and i feel she not friendly and don’t want to serve to customers .!
The refreshers are awesome.
It was 110 degrees outside the day I stopped by. The iced coffee hit the spot...refreshing and invigorating.
Staff was very friendly but I didn't taste it before I left and discovered half way to work I didn't have what I ordered.. I had ordered a Carmel macchiato but what I got was a Chai latte or something. There had only been one lady ahead of me wirh 2 customized drinks and it wasn't hers. I was there alone and they don't do mobile orders so I am not sure how Carmel and Chai got confused- I do not customize my drinks and there were 0 other orders. Bad way to start my morning .
