The amount of whip and chocolate flakes I received on my peppermint mocha. I only buy Starbucks twice a year a pumpkin spice latte and peppermint mocha. This made me really sad:(

Love the location and I love the customer service here . It's always clean here and so nice I love the layout.
Lack of Drive-Thru is a drawback. Getting in-and-out of the parking lot can be problematic. Even when the lobby is empty, the staff is slow. And insulting... While waiting 20 minutes outside for my order to be placed on the mobile orders counter, they sent someone outside to ask me to stop looking in. I'm never going back here again.
I love the friendly staff and the salad to go they have to go with my latte.
