Within the 15 minutes I waited in line, 4 cars backed out of the drive thru because of the wait time. By the time I got to the window the barista wasn’t friendly and didn’t say anything to me besides the total. She handed out my 2 items without a word but could turn away and talk and laugh with her coworkers. (4/10/22 around 1pm)Most baristas are really nice when I come here?
Hate doing reviews but some outside feedback for a few of your employees working drive thru 3/30. Working in customer service sucks as it is but don't be quick to assume that a person is "looking at you a certain way" and trying to be aggressive for no reason saying like, "why are you looking at me like that?" and "Hmmm hmmm" because i didn't respond. I didn't respond because it was a ridiculous assumption. The world doesn't revolve around you. Maybe take some time to understand that everyone has different body languages and expressions. Having an attitude like that right off the bat because you assumed someone was looking at you "a certain way" is just embarrassing because you dont know me as a person nor my expressions. I won't accept your apologies but you should probably do better as a decent person and double check your assumptions. Bye.
All the Baristas are so nice and friendly here! They always get my orders right! Got a Trenta Strawberry Acia Refresher and Grilled Cheese. The drive through can get a little backed up but they are good at getting through it in a timely manner and customers follow the zipper rule.
I’ve had a couple of not so great experiences at this Starbucks but this one takes the cake. I got 4 drinks and as they handed me two waters I put them in my cars cup holder and then I asked if I could get a cup holder from them because I have a lot of drinks and not enough room in my car so I get it and put it in my passenger seat and it’s soaked when I get home. Then when I get inside I see that not only cracked they tried to cover it with the sticker and it was definitely intentional because 2 of our drinks was like that. Which also explains why they didn’t try to give me a cup holder in the beginning because one was already kind of wet when they handed it to me.
Service was good for as busy as they were in the drive through. Unfortunately, my drink...hot chi latte... was subpar for what I expect of Starbucks
This is supposedly a pink drink with extra juice. It is so light it tastes like sugar water. I dont know whats going on with all the starbucks around here but the past month the pink drink has gotten lighter and lighter.
Worst Starbucks experience. My husband and I went thru on a Saturday morning, ordered a brew coffee and an americano with cream. Both coffees came out luke warm. They apologized and remade both drinks which both came back luke warm again. They started to give us attitude about it so we left instead of argue. Not my first bad coffee from here but one that Pushed me to write this. They also ALWAYS double cup all drinks with a sleeve even when we ask for a single cup, so much waste! As an ex partner for 8 years I’ve never had a worse drink and experience.
I used mobile ordering to skip the line. When I got there the walk in and pick up option was unavailable. Had to wait in the drive-through 10 minutes while my drink was getting cold. -3 stars for Starbucks not giving you a warning on their mobile app.
this Starbucks has been closed for the past three days without explanation from customer service, headquarters or corporate office. My concern is that this Starbucks may have contracted Covid 19 or a Covid Delta without making the public aware of it. I have called this Starbucks and let the phone ring until it goes to voicemail, but it never goes to voicemail, it only request you to enter an access code. Management should at least leave some kind of message on their phone as to why they are closed. If anyone has any information as to why this Starbucks is closed and what the problem is, please post. We need to know as a community!
This Starbucks is very inconsistent in their hours of operation, the sign says they are open on weekend but yet sometimes they close their cafe when they feel like it wven though they have 7 to 8 barista working those weekends. Because of that they have 15 cars waiting on their drive through and we got to wait for 40 to 45 min just to get our coffee. That’s very unacceptable!
