Our Pike coffees weren't hot, but considering the hour it wasn't a big deal since they brewed us fresh.
I really like this place. All but one Baristas, are cool and kind. Except one where on a Sunday I arrive around 10:00 and had about 4 Grande drinks. She gets there later in the day and asks if I'm going to order anything not like she wanted to take my order but like she was going to suggest I leave. I was waiting on 2:00 PM. Where I would get a ham and cheese sandwich and would be rewarded 100 points for doing this 3 times in a 5 day period.
Only Starbucks I've ever been to that can't figure out how to get mobile orders out in a timely fashion. You still have to wait in their long lines just to pick up your order that you can see sitting on their back counter. Also, most of the employees here are quite rude.
The Baristas here are always awesome and have great energy. I came in one day and wanted to try a new drink off the menu instead of my usual Iced Mocha. The Barista Janessa made me a tall iced americano w/white mocha instead, Delicious!!! This has been my new go to drink. Thank you Janessa for your suggestion and excellent customer service, Five Stars *****
Great atmosphere, very nice people and great music. Food is prepared fast and hot. 10/10

I seen a line of cars in drive thru was worried it would take awhile but took a chance. Amazing it did not take long at all to get my order. ?

On the positive they were able to accommodate my walk in request for 2 boxes of coffee for an event. On the negative the cashier made me feel like I was putting her out by my order. She told me it would be a 20 min wait because they can't just stop and only fill my order and that they have other customers they also have to serve at the same time. I kindly agreed and paid. It's poor customer.server to speak.that way to a customer.Most Starbucks employees have exceeded my expectations in friendly service. THIS specific employee???
