Second time I’ve been to this one this week and both times when I asked for light ice I got full of ice and this time I only got 3/4 full of my reusable Starbucks cold drink cup. I hate being a bothering asking people to remake my drinks when it’s busy but I’m gonna have to stop coming back to this one because this is a regular problem and I am wasting money on something that’s supposed to be a pre work treat.

If you're polite they don't charge you for all your extras. They are also very knowledgeable and friendly.
Really nice service
Went to the drive thru and 4 other vehicles too. Wait for about 5 or more minutes and the person in front of us actually went up and asked and they were closed during normal business hours. They didn't block off the drive-thu or anything.
