Ordered for curbside pickup and received my food 40+ minutes after my stated pickup time. Was told on the phone my order would be brought out to me when ready. 20 minutes later someone comes out to deliver for someone else, asked for the name of our order and said she would be right back with it. 10+ more minutes go by and no one has come with our food. Finally go into the store and my husband is ignored for about 5 minutes. Finally someone from the back comes up and gives him our order and says "sorry for the wait"...at this point our food is stone cold. He was so angry he just left as we had been waiting so long and our kids were hungry. We will not be back to this Red Robin and will not be sending or recommending it to our friends.
Great service, all the servers were very nice and super quick. Our lunch was just a couple of appetizers and I had a cocktail which was wonderful! But the staff told us about all the apps and their specials, they were checking in at the perfect intervals too, I wasn't waiting for water and we never had a dish that was done with for more than a few minutes before someone asked us if we'd like it boxed or taken out. Just really good service from the whole server team the day we went! Give these folks a good tip, they're working hard in one of the more thankless industries during a seemingly endless pandemic. On a sunnier note the cocktail I got was a blue Hawaiian or something of that ilk, blue wave, blue man group blended up, something like that. Anyways, go to this Red Robin and patronize the hell out of this great team ???
My friend & I went here for lunch. We were asked if the bar was ok? we said sure & we were able to sit by the window. There were only 3 people in that area. The dinning room was packed with big parties, so we were glad that we sat in the bar. Our server asked if we wanted drinks, we order the Speckled Lemonades, with ice water. We looked over the menu, so when our drinks got to our table, we were ready to order. My friend had the BLTA Croissant, & I had the Teriyaki Burger. We both had the bottomless fries. The food got there in a timely manner. We cut our food in half & tried each others. What a great lunch. No Room for desert.... The Service was great too.
The manager Allen and his staff have always gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome, give us a memorable dining experience and make sure our orders are cooked to perfection. Allen cooks my burger just the way I love it... always pink! ?
Ordered a pick up for after work and um i dont think I will be back. A qhole finger of a glove was attached ro the bottom of my sandwich. And they dont even fill the thing with fries. Food was cold and had to wait an extra 10 mins for my shake. Online ordering doesnt work at this place well. So um yeah not coming back :/
Very carefully review your order when it arrives if you plan to have it as take out. Extremely disappointed with this place. Paid $38 for two burger meals and they totally botched the order. Paying this much for a burger I would expect some quality control. But instead, they completely got our order wrong. Bad on me for not double checking their work... But you would expect at this price point they would have some quality control measures.It had been about 3 years since I last came to this restaurant... I could tell I didn't miss anything, and they are not going to probably miss me either, either. But they're not getting my business from this point forward. There's nothing that upsets me more than paying for a service and not getting what I paid for.
Always an amazing dinner. Ashley is just a delight. Had a server today that we have not had before. I am sooo glad Emily is back! Me and my family LOVE THIS PLACE
I enjoyed the food but I did give four stars because of the seating. We were seated right away but they were putting everyone in one area close together even though the other sections were empty. Maybe there was a reason for this but the section felt crowded . Our waitress was great. We got our order rather quickly.
It was my mom's first time there and she was very Happy for trying it out! She likes sweet potato fries and they did Not disappoint! Neither did the zucchini or garlic fries we tried too. Her mushroom burger was loaded with mushrooms!! Yummy!!
We ordered online for curbside pick up. More than likely due to staffing and covid, the process was a bit chaotic. No one answered the phone for curbside. When boyfriend went inside to get the food, there was no system in place for people picking up their orders (so it seemed). It was ready about 20 minutes past our anticipated order time.Food was good as usual and accurate. So if you're going for the taste, it might be worth the wait. If you want a smooth, quick ordering process I find other places with the same issues are handling it better.
