Trying to find a place eat I saw there was a RAM brewery nearby, I haven't been to one in years but I remembered they were pretty good .. this one was NOT. Host sat is, 15 min later I went and found someone to at least take out drink order. They apologized and gave us a free appetizer. We ordered 2 appetizers for the table, they arrived and were tasty, but there were five of us sharing at a large table, since we didn't get any plates we had to pass them around, I would have asked for plates but we didn't see our wait staff until the main course. We had beers with our meals, my son ordered a domestic bottled beer that was warm, he drank it but beer is best enjoyed cold! He ordered a second but it was actually warmer than the first, the waiter took it back and didn't charge us for it. The waiter although not particularly attentive was very friendly and the only reason I gave 2 stars. Incidentally my burger wasn't to bad once I scraped off at least 2 tablespoons of mayo lol .. fries were good and the rest of our meals were good. All in all, very disappointed.

I'm giving it a 4 this time, but only because of the history I have with this restaurant. If this was the first time I went here I would have only given it a 3-star review. My burger was was more medium- rare than the medium I ordered (I got the Sgt. Pepper). My wife thought her sandwich was good. My biggest gripes were the shakes we ordered seemed abnormally small and held up the rest of the order and my pretzels that came with the beer dip were stale. I will definitely come again, maybe to dine in. I also recommend ordering from the Ram website instead of a delivery service if picking up yourself, the menu seemed cut down on the delivery app.

This place used to be awesome. Not sure what happened to it, new owner, new cooks or what. Brought the whole family last night and they MICROWAVED our ribs, forgot 2 drinks, the batter on their food was dripping in grease and came out puddled, sweet potato fries cold as ice. I was Embarrassed we suggested it. Never again.. go to CARS instead of you’re looking local! They have drinks, way better fresh food with way bigger portions

Classic hamburger was quite tasty. Juicy enough but not sloppy, hubby had the Ruben sandwich and said it was good. We were there Saturday night at 8:30 PM Bartender/server was super. Friendly, attentive but not smothering. She is an asset to RAMS restaurant.

Ordered a Wagyu Burger cause it sounded good, I think it would have tasted good if it wasn’t literally drenched in oil. Coleslaw is disgusting. Even my kids did not enjoy their corn dogs. Plus the price is above average so you would think the food would be better. Go to McDonald’s I guarantee you’ll like it better than this place.

There’s a lot of family drama going on at this location! Not only have I had the worst waitress ever try to give me and my friends a wrong bill for another table which was 5 times as much as my girls and I drank, but continues to argue with me until she realized she was in the wrong. This event with giving the wrong bill happened twice by the same waitress Kayla. The service here is terrible since the new year. Also not to mention the coworkers passing by my table are talking about this waitress being pregnant with her boss’s baby. I don’t understand how corporate is just okay with this happening. I don’t want to be hearing stuff like this when I’m trying to have a good time.

This place is always a great experience. Good food, great service and the atmosphere is just great. Only thing is it is a little pricey. But with the $9 growlers and the different deals they got going on everyday like every Monday it's happy hour all-day and Sunday kids eat for $1.99 with a purchase of a full adult Entree. It makes up for it

Eating local is important, and the Ram Restaurant is one of the best local places to eat at. From favorites like fish n chips, to more refined cuts and entrees, the food was absolutely great, if a tad pricey. You get what you pay for however, and the homemade beer that they're serving up is worth the extra buck or two. Great place for friends and families to meet up and eat!

Well… Of course I'm Latina and I speak Spanish. We just left this place and had high expectations that weren't met at all. I felt that we were discriminated from the moment we sat at the table by our waitress. I asked for a hamburger without onions and it came with onions only because their coleslaw has onions (which obviously being our first time in this place we didn't know) and even though I made it clear to the server, my burger arrived 30 minutes later (the food took forever) guess what? with onions ! in the coleslaw! I told my waitress I didn't want onions on my burger. Her answer was that if I didn't want onion I should asked for it without coleslaw hahaha very funny by the way. because she is the waitress… I shouldn't be the one who knows what they serve or how they serve it. After being scolded by the waitress and feeling doubly discriminated again at, I will say that… the service was super bad and the food was not good either.

Did a gender reveal here and the waitress tried to be attentive she was the only one working our room poor girl and there was easily 25+ people there. Very limited menu which sucked but that's not her fault and she did accommodate us as she could like who doesn't have fried pickles available all the time simple finger food to make! Overall it was a great reveal other than MGMT complaining about the confetti and then we cleaned it up for them on a rug with a broom since they wouldn't or couldn't vacuum it up? That seemed silly of them!
