Been hearing about this place on Facebook so I decided to finally check it out. Their pizza rolls are so freaking good. I highly recommend trying them.

Ordered food for delivery. Gal on the phone told us it would be at least an hour and it felt more like to get us to say we didn't still want to order, more than being apologetic for the wait. We still ordered. Delivery gal gets there and says, "Oh, by the way, I dropped the dressing in the parking lot for your salad. Do you want me to go back and get you another one?" She seemed miffed when I said that yes, I would actually like salad dressing for my salad. She then graciously offered to being me a fork (how nice) on her way back. The pizza was cold. The salad was small for the price and the whole experience stunk. Would definitely pass on this place.

Great great great pizza. Any size, pick a size. I love the crust, sauce and seasoned topping. Don’t forget the cheesy bread. I’ve never had a bad customer service in the two years I’ve ordered from them.

2nd time eating from here. Got a pizza and those Famous Pizza knots. Oh my goodness, they where better than the first time. Stay warm till we got to the house about 15 min away.Everything was fresh, that's why it was a 45 minute wait. Worth it.Just ordered a all meat . The crust was great. That is what makes a pizza. Would like to try my own toppings. They where busy. I just would have like to see the cheese area a bit more tidy..and it was dark behind the register. Not adequate lighting. The young lady on the register was nice.Next for the wings. Thanks Pizzaz Pizza.

To start, read the higher rated reviews and you'll see some of those even admit that customer service is poor. Some agree the pizza rolls aren't bad but the pizza is... meh.Summary:so-so pizzaBad customer servicePizza rolls were betterRanch was greatMarinara was below averageDetails:Friends and I decided to order from here for the first time. Review count + average seemed promising. We ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, pizza rolls and wings.Food was done on time (we picked it up) but we found out later once we got back home that they didn't give us any wings (but charged for them/we tipped on them). When calling them, the first girl said she'd give us 20 wings (not 10) if we came back. Being that it would be another 30 mins of driving there and back, I asked for some sort of discount. That was denied. She also got her manager on the phone who then denied a discount and said 10 extra wings weren't possible because "it was too expensive." In the end, I called back and just asked them to deliver them, which they did in a reasonable time (30-40 mins?). Customer service was 3/10, even before this (whoever picked up the phone to take orders should not work the phones) and the quality was over-hyped. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but it definitely wasn't great. Pizza rolls were pretty solid but the actual pizzas were 5/10.The review about no gloves and being a bit dirty is definitely true, but that didn't really shock me. You can see for yourself if you go there and watch them make everything. Lol I figured all of the bacteria would burn off anyway but cleanliness isn't at the top of the priority list.Would I go back?... probably not. Is it horrible? No. Should you try it? If you're close by, ok with the lack of gloves, and in a time crunch/don't want to cook, sure. Just don't expect the greatest customer service and have them check your order on site.

In my quest to find the perfect pizza I visited the pizza Pizzaz (Spanaway location). There is so much potential for this place to be a six star. Their crust is really really good. A NICE chew but not too thick. There is an addition to the crust I can’t quite discern, honey? I don’t know but a really nice subtle after taste. Their marinara sauce is good. Could be just a bit more zippy. The quality of the vegetable toppings is really good. The meat toppings is where this place falls short. Very average and looks like what comes on frozen pizzas. Don’t get me wrong pizzaz pizzas are good. And if you calculated a $ per square inch they may be the least expensive in the region (probably why the meat is very average). But this place could OWN the pizza market if they improved on the quality of meat used, and maybe up the cheese blend too?Their pizza rolls are as advertised, outstanding. Possibly better than the za.Bread sticks are also really good. You get a nice chew, nicely seasoned. I suspect their cheese-bread would be “off the hook”.This place is busy as I went there to order then wait. Saw many deliveries and pickups. When my food was near done cooking they dropped my order on the floor. I’m right there and could tell it was my order. So wait longer I did. A word to the owner, everyone makes mistakes. Own up to it, don’t be sheepish. Usual courtesy would be to offer a soda while waiting or thrown in some xtra pizza rolls when remaking my order, but nada. Maybe because I wasn’t wearing fatigues? Poor form Pizza Pizzaz as I wait longer.I did not rate lower because of the food drop, accidents happen. This place is worthy to make a repeat. To use a phrase a colleague whom flies military machines, you’re “good to hook”.

PIZZA ROLLS ARE AMAZING ate most in the picture heheh I just had to review before I ate all of them !!! I’ve been getting the pizza rolls from here for some time now from getting them delivered to picking them up the delivery guy is amazing I’ve gotten food delivered for work meeting and also just for myself I also love when you call to make a order they ask for your phone number and know exactly what the last order you got makes it 10000000 times better you can never go wrong with this place 10/10 (:

Hands down, this is the BEST pizza around. It has weight, taste and a great crust. Additionally, I had a snafu and they took care of things and then some. Excellent customer service (thanks Don!). I feel both well fed and appreciated as a customer. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself. Love you guys!!!

Never orderes here before. Phone service was courteous and friendly. Was told 45mins for my order. When i showed up 850pm, the small shopping area they are located in was dark and uninviting. The front door entrance did not look inviting. And the waiting area inside is extremely small. Shockingly, every employee was a woman and all seemed to be happy and friendly (looked like they were training the new girl). I paid, was given my pizzas, and when i checked them they were both wrong! I showed them and they confirmed my findings. Apparently they made someone else's order but put my ticket with it. So my order had never been made. So thats another 20mins i had to wait in the dark parking lot. I come back in and have a look at my (literally) steaming hot pizzas and all is good.I get home and we dig in to it QUICKLY! It didn't upset my stomach (pizza tear me up!) . Each bite, you could taste the freshness of the ingredients, the light and fluffyness to the bread was great. It was as if they took time preparing it all ( though i know it only took them 20mins to make and heat mine). It cost $45 for 2 large 3 topping pizzas and took 1hr for me to get it. But the flavor behind it has me sold to come back here soon!
