Was out running errands and before going home my son was hungry and I didn't feel like cooking dinner so we pulled over, ordered & paid online and went straight to Pizza Hut since it was on our way home. We got there in 10 min, our pizza was already boxed and ready to go. Fastest carry out I've ever had.
I will never order from this location again! The delivery driver was so rude. He came to my door and banged on it, not knocked but banged on it. He then threw my food near front of my door, got in his truck, reversed his truck, spun his tired and sped off cursing. This was very unprofessional and childish. I called and the manager and she simply apologized and said nothing more so I drove my whole order back to the store and showed them the video of the whole incident and told them I don’t want the food if this is how customers are treated and asked for a refund.
Would like it to where you could be able to add extra cheese to the cheese breadsticks because most of the time there is very little and its burnt. Also request your delivery people dont smoke because with my order on 1-16-2022 my food items smelled like cigarette smoke and its not very appetizing to smell it when getting your food. Delivery driver also made me grab my own food out of the bag and my containers were smashed. It was dark and i couldnt see in the bad and asked the guy if that was it since my hands were full and he said " i dont know, you have to check yourself"
It was done on time. They were very friendly even when being slammed with so many orders. Good job
My pizza was beautifully cooked! Nothing was forgotten. My kid loved their pasta, and it was delivered quickly. Most drivers cant find my apartment. Your driver did great. :)
Not take ? slices of pizza from my box. Feed your employees they are clearly hungry giving pizza with pieces missing.
The wings were juicy and delicious and the staff was very polite
