I used to love it here, but my last three trips were horrible experiences. Poama, Nicole, Dee and Mo were all great. I haven't seen them in a while and now I'm getting Argumentative snotty attitudes, getting charged extra for drinks made wrong when they used to fix them free and extremely elevated prices for this rude behavior when I was a good customer for over a few years and buying lots of drinks for coworkers and family or friends almost every time I came. So done. If you want overcharged subpar coffee with attitude then this is the place for you.
