The pizza is always good but I was suprised when the advertised pizza special @ 13.99came to a total of almost $10 more. I asked the operator what made up the differenceand he explained there was an $8 delivery fee.The initial voice recording specified that it did not go to the delivery driver. I know they're notusing company cars. This company largest stakeholder (Vanguard) is one of the wealthiest on the planet. Probably due to thedelivery charge
Ordered a pizza, got the wrong one, refuse to fix it since it was an online order.Tried to place the order previously but the call center was having problems and could not place order. So could be put on hold or order online. I chose wrong.Decided to have Pap John's after close to 10 years of not. Looks like I am never having it again.Incorrect pizza is in the trash, just like their customer service and how easy it is to order.
I tried to order a large 3 topping pizza online, and one of the toppings were jalapeños. I called the store and asked them if they could put the jalapeños on the side because I have young kids who wouldn't like the spice. I spoke with 3 separate individuals for something so simple, and 2 claimed to be managers. They all explained that I could have jalapeños on the side, but I'd have to order them separately for an additional $2. I tried numerous times to explain that it was already included as a topping on my pizza and all I'm asking is to not bake it with the pizza. Ultimately this was a disaster and I ended up not proceeding with my order. The night manager was extremely rude and just tried to talk over me and obviously wasn't interested in hearing what I was trying to ask. Customer service is a thing of the pass and this establishment is a perfect example of that.
I have been waiting for an hour for my pizza that said was going to be done in 20 minutes I will not be returning!
Absolutely amazing even tho they had a door dash driver deliver the driver was amazing super friendly food was awesome daughter killed the 16 wings haha can't wait to order again
I have ordered about once a month here for five years. We usually spend a decent amount of money because we're feeding five people. Over the years, this has easily been hundreds of dollars.A while back, the store made a pizza incorrectly, and I was issued a credit. Because this credit can only be used by calling into the store, I had forgotten about it for a few months, because we usually order online. When I called the store today to inquire about the credit, the person who answered the phone demanded to know who I spoke to. I told them I wasn't aware I needed that information. They said that they needed a name to confirm my, "story." When I mentioned there were other places to order from that may have better customer service, they hung up.Don't go here. There are more professional businesses that understand basic customer service principles. As stated above, I have been a repeat customer for years. They won't get any more of my money.
My online tracker said it was ready. I get here to the pull up window. Wait 5 minutes and ring their bell twice. Finally got approached with no apologies, and was told itd be another 5 minutes.... sighThen they have the audacity to have me sign w the tip and total on it. Like i waited 5 minutes, gotta wait 5 more. And im picking it up, not delivery why would you ever expect a tip from this experience??

Overpriced. This was comparable to cafeteria pizza from grade school. Terrible crust. Terrible acid reflux. Dominos and pizza hut are much better choices
