Terrible customer service!! ??????️?️?️?️?️?️?️Terrible employees with attitude and incredibly SLOWWW service. They have given my orders away to others, messed up orders and then I must wait and THEY NEVER HAVE ANY COKE!! I don't know who orders for this restaurant but they need to stay on top of it better.The little teenagers that work here don't know what respect is or how to do a simple job. Thisplace is a joke and I will go out of my way to go somewhere better.They need some new management, new employees and some serious training.Dumpster Fire ?️?️??

Slow as hell. Nasty, Ordered 2 orders of crab Rangoon they gave extra lady at register opened container and put food back. That's cross intamination. Goes against health code standards. Wonder what else they have done with. McDonald's don't even stoop that low. They need the health department to go in there. Either fine them or shut it down. Do not eat at the Lakewood town center or unless you can watch them closely.

Awful. Absolutely terrible service. I wasted half my lunch break just waiting for service and another 10 minuted just waiting for them to push my order down the line and get out. The restaurant was not busy, nor were they understaffed. Instead they were lazy, chatting it up instead of doing their jobs. It was an absolute waste of my time and my own lunch break from my work. And they were not even busy. Complete lack of speed, efficiency and service

This is what I found in my fortune cookie and when I call the manager, she acted like I wasn’t telling the truth. Also, I didn’t take a picture of the undercooked pink chicken and she asked me to also take a picture of it but I wasn’t going to dig through the garbage. I felt sick after eating the food and the only thing the manager wanted to do for me was give me more food, why would I want to eat more food after feeling sick. My kids ain’t that food and if they get sick I am going to be very upset. In short the manager wasn’t very good at her job, I have been a food server for over 20 years.

Half of our order was missing. Could have saved money if I knew they were going to miss our extra sides. That's $12 invisibly gone.What food we did receive was okay, though why does literally everything have to be spicy? Miss the original orange chicken.Probably not returning after this, considering this is not the first time they've missed bagging items.

I’ve been to a few locations and love Panda Express but this was one of the most disappointing experiences.From the smaller than normal portion sizes to the uncharacteristically spicy orange chicken…I’m not sure I’d come back to this location. At least the staff was friendly and helpful.

Trying to figure out how I place an order at 8:07 pm and it takes an hour for my food to even be ready. What’s the point of doing online if I can just go into the store and it be quicker?

Short staffed and the employee working the counter is killing it! Helping a long line of customers and filling online orders all with efficiency and a great attitude! Food was hot and fresh. We washed tables and then dined in. She was great to watch!

Employee was working by herself she did an awesome job filling online orders and people in line very polite and professional. She even cashier. Excellent ?

Love the variety of food to choose from, it is tastey and definitely would recommend
