Do not eat at this place. The food sucks and the service from the waitresses are the worst. The waitresses act like they dont care about the customers. You ask for more water and they stare at you. They dont acknowledge you. I was with a group of 4 and they try to include the tip on my bill. I would rather eatbat McDonald's then this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.
It’s not often I leave a review but I felt the need to express how bad our experience was at this establishment. This isn’t my first time going here but this will be my last. Both times we ate here (3 of my friends) one of the waitresses will come and turn down the heat around 20-30 minutes in. It’s actually the same waitress in both instances. Now im sure it’s obvious to most why she does this. To slow down how much we eat and burn time. What makes this frustrating is that we are paying for an all you can eat. It’s not cheap either.. i can spend less at cheesecake factory yet every time she turns the heat down so low that it barely cooks the meat. Lastly there’s discrimination; which I know is a serious accusations but it was pointed out to me by my friends( we’re all different ethnicities and from different backgrounds) while we were eating. A group of Korean customers came in, two waitresses went to greet them and were very attentive to their needs. One of my friends noticed that they brought nicer dishes out, were cutting their meats for them and gave them lettuce for their meats which weren’t offered to any other customers that were there. It just felt like special treatment. Overall good food but horrible treatment.
Expensive but it is all you can eat and man, do they give you a lot! Great food and pleasant staff. Definitely coming back ?
Awful service, extremely overpriced (90 dollars for all you can eat dinner on average), and extremely dirty. Food was okay, however the price and service made the experience really bad.
It was my first time at this restaurant, place was clean, got seated fast, our waitress was friendly and attentive, everything was delicious, we had little problems with the grill turning off, but rest was good.
Avoid this place what’s a ripoff? The food no taste , service very poor have bugs in my drink so gross the price not worth the food even my both kids they under 10 they still charge $37 look like adults , drive from Lynnwood to down there ,we was so hungry and stop by to this place and everything was so disappointed when we checked out everything is away overpriced even the tips they put for me we have to pay 31$ just the tip even I asked her can I do 26$ instead she said no they’re so rude, and we have only 1 baby and 3 little kids under 10 ,that’s why don’t come here if you don’t want to have the same bad experience like me get little food no taste and bug with drinks and charge you overpriced even the tips so I recommended don’t come to this place go to Lynnwood or Bellevue area are good than this area their food are worth the price than here.
I would like to rate this a zero, unfortunately not an option. So I’ll start with me and my girlfriend arrived at 9:30 (closed at 11)and was seated within moments which was nice and we’re greeted friendly from our waitress which sat us down nicely. We ordered drinks and the waitress lit our grill and came back with our drinks,rice etc. some of her coworkers came up to her and said we are closed now and we’re told leave. As we were being asked to leave two people across from us were being served. So to say the least we will not ever come back to this place again
You cook your own food the it's all you can wat. The palace is one of my favorite Korean BBQ Restaurants in Lakewood I've been eating here for about 7 years not once have I ever had a complaint or bad customer service
Decent. However, they play games.Since you only have 90 minutes to eat all-you-can-eat meat, the waitress will sometimes turn down your grill if it’s it’s cooking too fast. This makes your food cook extremely slow burning up your precious 90 minutes.Make sure you request .that the grill is turned up. Not all the way though, cause it’s too hot. Med-high temp is perfect.
The hour says 11am-11pm everyday but I guess they always want to kick out any customers around 10pm. Came here TWICE at 10PM because of our work schedule and most of the servers know that because we come here often. And the last two time they said THEY ALWAYS close at 10:30 so we can not sit down for BBQ. WELL THEN CHANGE YOUR HOUR THEN
