Food was great. Only problem we had was that the servers were not assigned to a table. So whenever we ask a server to get something, she would forget and served another table with our item. so we had to ask another server. Not once or twice that had happened all in 1 day. All 4 times happened in our first time there. It wasn't too busy so I don't know why they would forget.
All you can eat $35. The food was good. Take one star from it due to the staffs a bit grumpy. When you ask for new order, sometimes it doesn't seem like they acknowledged it but do bring it to you.
We ordered through DoorDash. We got the beef bulgogi and the soft tofu stew. Everything was ok and the bulgogi could have been better I think, especially for the price.
The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because the food was delicious! Considering the cost I’d expect decent service and attentive staff! We got our drinks and no one refilled them. When we would ask for something we would have to literally wave our hands in order for someone to notice we needed help. Even then, it would seem some of the staff would intentionally ignore us and not make eye contact. We ordered the most expensive option and so our bill for 4 of us was not cheap. Before leaving I cleaned up our table, to make it easier for them to clear the table. There were other people around, most of the other groups looked to be of Asian descent and the staff were attentive and noticeably nicer to them. Because of horrible service we left no tip! As we were walking out a lady who didn’t even serve us, YELLED throughout the entire restaurant so loudly that other patrons stopped and looked! She screamed “no tip”, brought the receipt to us to fix the tip section and demanded we leave a tip! When my husband told her why wouldn’t be leaving a tip bc of the service, she STILL demanded it. The lady then proceeded to try and call someone from the kitchen in what seemed like an attempt to force us to tip. We didn’t allow her to continue being rude and we walked out. Even then she proceeded to tell us to don’t ever come back. We won’t ever return here, the experience is not worth the cost and I’m sure anyone can most definitely find a better dining experience anywhere else but here. That lady should also not be dealing with customers.
The BBQ is amazing! We always come here and the flavor doesn't change, the consistency is great. However, we already know to expect bad service. This place is very busy and at this point, the workers don't really care about politeness and your comfort. The only time they will check on you is when you're about to order and about to leave. Otherwise, you will have to keep on calling them and you will have like 3 seconds to explain what you want before they go on with their business. To us, it's already normal, as we only come for the food, but if you want some good atmosphere and friendly, caring waitresses, unfortunately, this place is not for you.
Worst place and RUDE people! Was trying to find a nice place to celebrate my sisters birthday, thought this place would be nice. The lady tried to seat us at a table that looks pretty disgusting! Floor tiles were ripped, booth chair torn. I asked for another table, RUDE woman says "why". Idiot I said it's a special occasion, we would like to be seated at another table. She continues to ask, "why?" There were many empty tables....obviously not a popular place! We just walked out! This place is not worth giving your business!!! Disgusting place and RUDE service!!!!
I will never coming back at this restaurant. Food is great but service sucks! We are 4 person having a good time and enjoying our food and the old woman took our food away without telling us to clean the table she knows we are still finishing our food . She is so ridiculous and disrespectful. And touch my water with her dirty gloves i told her i am not done she hand it back to me my glass but i can see the smear of the residue of her dirty gloves i ask her to change it since you dirty my water yes she did change it throw the water away and add new water without changing the glass. So frustrating. No compassion and no patience. First and last try on this restaurant i will not coming back! And will never bring my friends and family here not worth it to ruin my fun day. Not recommended!
If you are looking for a good and decent all you can eat BBQ, then this place is a good selection. However, for any other menus, please reconsider.The portion is way too small for the price they charge (despite current status of inflation, at the time of this review), and nowhere near the service that the staff used to provide.
Not impressed. Didn’t even get water. Never came to see if we wanted a refill on our drinks we each had one beer. With all you can eat we only asked for one extra side of shrimp and they had turned the grill off so we sat wondering why the shrimp wasn’t cooking. Place was dirty, floor under me was sticky. The meat was good we did the bulgogi, chicken, and beef brisket. Sides were good but not the best I’ve had.
Decent but servers give to much meat at a time you have to finish before getting another option. They don't bring napkins and watch you until you pay. NO REFILLS.
