I always believe that the customer is the boss! However some businesses doesn’t always agreed! Ironically, the day that most Americans believe that’s Mexican Independence someone from this restaurant didn’t want to take a to-go order. “Although customers doesn’t appreciate when a business does a poor service, competitors always do”
I've lived in Lakewood about 20 years. mis tres was always an awesome Mexican place to go eat. I was served green moldy tortillas today with my $35 fajitas. they were replaced. but regardless. product like that should never even reach the customer. I will be contacting the health department.
It’s always a good feeling when the bathroom is very clean in a restaurant. Reassured me the kitchen is also clean. The food was very fresh with a home cooked taste. Thanks so much.
Good food. Service was fantastic. Food portions were enormous. 1st time here but will definitely be back if we are ever back that way. We had 7 kids with us that were a little bit rowdy but the staff didn't even seem to care and were more than happy to accommodate us. All the staff we encountered were very polite and a couple times went out of their way to assist. There was one gentleman (waiter) who loved the little ones. Every time the 3yr old wanted a high five he came right over just to give her a high five. It was awesome. Can't wait to go back. THANK YOU MIS TRES AMIGOS.
Just ordered 2 entrees. A side of rice and 2 extra tamales to go. THEY GIVE NO SALSA FOR THIS ORDER! Had to pay $6.50 for SALSA and it's 2 four ounce cups. Was given the option to come back for 2 more salsas. First time customer.Most likely last time. Young servers gave nothing in hospitality. Kinda laughed.
I wanted enchiladas and fajitas for dinner tonight. Mis Tres has a upbeat dining area, the employees round it out with friendliness. The enchiladas were lukewarm, however they were very tasty. I would recommend the beef fajitas. They were hot and exquisite. The seasoning and onions and peppers made this a dish worth trying. There was so much , two people could split it. If you are wanting mexican food this is a place to try.
I ordered my food, togo. The food was ok. The service was poor. The first time I have ever ordered tacos and not received or at least been offered salsa. Over priced. The server blamed the owner for the way things are run... Thanks for the heads up. I won't be back, and I recommend going somewhere else. Some people sell food because they are passionate about it, some cut corners to make a quick buck, this one is obviously the latter.

We asked for chips and salsa to go, since that's what we would get I'd we were staying to dine but we're told that chips and salsa were not available to go. When we got home they had not put the salsa, included with one of the meals, in the bag and offered us a free salsa if we went back.? The chicken enchilada was dry.
Best Mexican I've ever had! Will definitely be coming back when I get the chance!
