My husband and I just moved here and we have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant that's actually good and not over priced and we have found one. Mi casa Mexican food passed the test. The food was delicious. The portions were generous. And the price wasn't so bad. We tried al pastor and asada tacos. Both were pretty good. My husband got a huarache de asada and hes pretty picky but he ate it all up. No complaints. I got the tacos sudados with chicken. Highly recommend. I just asked for some sour cream and ? it hit the spot. Def will be back. It was $40 for everything including our drinks so I'd say it was reasonable for 2 people.
I have only been here twice and both times the food comes put quick and delicious. The Tortillas are home made and oh so good.
Wonderful taco and carne asada plates. Came here while shopping for cars down the street. Great food, real good flavor and well prepared.
Service was great food was hot and fresh, but so flavorless. Wish I would have grabbed salsa and limes. Carne Asada fries need Pico and beans in my opinion. The fries are actually made with fresh cut fries too.
Amazing and authentic food. I haven’t have Mexican food this wonderful since I moved to Seattle from Chicago. I’ll be back for sure.
They have good food but everything I ate tested as if all their food had been fried/cooked in fish oil, which makes me think they fry all their food where they fry their fish . My stomach was upset the whole day

Service is quick food was hot, portions weren't as big as some others for the price in my opinion. Honestly quite small dollar for dollar and could of used more flavor. My quesadilla was lacking any pizzazz but I'll say the Coca-Cola was true to coca cola. Not on my list of a place I would visit or recommend. And I'm sorry to have to give this review but it's the truth and especially after spending $40+. I wasn't expecting a whole lot but wasn't a bargain that's for sure. I try to be fair, true, and honest with all my reviews and there's nothing personal.
Ordered a quesadilla no meat just queso! Flavorless! It was almost 9 dollars, maybe I would have been down for the price if it was actually quesillo from Oaxaca. ? I actually can’t stop laughing. So ridiculous. Empty spot. Stopped in before I went to the Korean spa
Very nice and polite service. The carne asada didn't wow me, it didn't have a flavor at all actually. Their salsa picante is like water and chilli powder, did not taste good. The salsa verde tasted way better, though it was too like water.Still on the hunt for decent taco shop in Tacoma.
