Super slow. Lady didn’t even know what size kid drink with a happy meal. Literally sat in drive thru for 45 minutes. Awful customer service.
Food was very good - fries were fresh and crispy. Order was correct and the drive through line moved quickly.
Slow as Christmas and still no lobby open? All other places opened weeks ago. If you still can't get any help, offer better pay. There are other McDonald's that are fully open and run way better.
I dont know what kind of business this place is running but everytime after hours only accepting cash? The most inconvenient thing ever, when they damn well know people dont carry cash anymore! Dont know why you cant accept card when its capable to do so. Never coming here again after hours. Waste of time.
I’d give zero stars if I could . Terrible service , pick their own hours despite what they advertise , can’t seem to do even the least asked of them and that’s provide food. Just sad.
Three stars is like top notch for lakewood with that being said it is fast food in lakewood so it's fair to say they have up days and down and it's McDonalds so yeah
Just stopped by to get a quick snack. Ordered a qtr pounder with bacon and cheese. Must of been the right time because it was fresh hot and made with love. Thank you. Dont get here often. So thanks for the service.. Applaud!
I love McDonald's fries. Asked for fresh. Cold limpy is what I get this is the norm. Tired of this. Hope to win the jackpot with them for hot fries!?
Place is trash, I ordered a simple 10 piece chicken nugget mean for my son and when I received it was cold food. I then had it back to the cashier and ask politely if I could get warm food and explain that the food in the bag is cold, not even warm. The cashier then tells the manager that I want my money back. This is not what I said, I asked for warm food, because its what I paid for. The manager comes to the window and ask what is going on. I explain to him that the food that your serving is cold, I want a fresh batch of frys and chicken nuggets. When talking to the manager I was very polite and said yes sir and no sir, not raising my voice , just explain the situation to him. He then starts getting pissed and tells me to pull up and he will bring me my food. I then explain to him I will not move my vehicle because this is not my problem all I want is fresh food, not old food that has been sitting out and cold. He then starts yelling and telling me to pull up because there is a line behind me. I had my children in the car so I didn't want to them to see me start yelling at the young manager. As i pull up i get out of my car and walk back though the drive threw and explain to the people waiting, they need to check there food to ensure it is warm and not cold. The next four vic's that where behind me tell this manager that they want fresh food because there order is cold. I waiting for about 20 minutes for my order to come out. Once it came out the manager hands it to me and walks away. I try to get this mans attention because I asked for S/S sauce and they didn't give me any. I then walk up to the drive window and knock on the window once again to as for S/S Sause. I receive it and move on with my business. The next time I go there I will record it and post it on youtube. This is not the first time I received old/cold food there. In reality the manager looked dirty like he has not done any personal hygiene in weeks. his uniform was extreme dirty and stunk like B/O. I understand peoples struggles, but this is just insane. If the department of health came to that MCD then I'm sure he would be fired on the spot.
Apparently hot holding policy is to keep the food out until its absolutely dried out, then serve it to the customers. Even after coming back with a bag full of stale food. It was replaced once again with, you guessed it, stale food. Save the trouble and just go to the dupont restaurant, at least the food has a better chance of higher quality.
