This McDonald's sucks, smoothie machine always down, no Ice cream, two lanes open but it's like only 1 is working so why have both open. Use to be fast food now it's slow ? food. Back in the day McDonald's was only men. And I get you can't discriminate. But don't be desperate an hire medioker people. High some young sharp people that work an customer service oriented, an care about more than a paycheck. That way you won't have as much turn over. In peeps.
I have to give a star to share my rating, but this McDonald's on Steilacoom Blvd gets 0 stars from me. O for customer service0 for food quality. Zeros all around. You have lost a frequent customer! You are the worst and most poorly managed McDonald's in the business. Maybe a restaffing is necessary or new management... definitely some customer service classes may help.. difficult to say with this level of l idiocy you have.
Bought filet of fish and fries. It was in the middle of dinner, so both items were recently made and fresh from the fryer.Pro tip: Old fries are the worst. If you think the current batch has been there for over 15 mins, ask for unsalted fries. They normally don't have those on hand and it forces the system to make more.Same thing with burgers. You can request a plain burger and add some Mac sauce. McDoubles are normally made with a certain combination of condiments. Purging those forces a new one too be fabricated.Enjoy! Happy eating!
Just ordered fries and they were cold but didn't have time to go back through drive through to complain. It was disappointing.
Always quick through the drive thru even at lunch rush. Almost too quick. Great crew thumbs up.
Staff is awesome alot better than the staff on a 100th street who lack coustermer service they need to come over to you guys to learn it. Keep up the good work Stelicom McDonald's
On my way to the ferry I made a quick stop at this mcdonald's. In drive-thru I ordered the quarter pounder meal/large. Instead of charging me for the meal they charged me for each individual item which is more expensive. I questioned it and they did not correct it. I did not have time to argue because I would miss the ferry home. It was a couple of quarters which adds up fast especially if the drive-thru cashiers are doing it to most of the customers all day especially to families with lots of distracting children who make the overcharging easy.
I used my app for a buy one get one free kids meal and the order was screwed up. I ended up having to pay for both meals. Because the cashier screwed up. Instead of fixing the problem, I was forced to pay for both meals. Poor service.
I had my granddaughter (she is 3&1/2) like to grab take out, park, she climbs up front & we have a car picnic. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our meals. Apparently this is a LARGE French fries ? Disappointing ?
They were fast but forgot my fork napkins.
