Stopped for a Sausage McMuffin on my way to work. I get a ways down the road and attempt to eat, first I noticed a huge egg(not pictured as I can't eat them)I removed that and then noticed I had a slice of ham, instead of sausage.Clearly not what I ordered, but wasn't worth turning around to be late for work.I noticed it was also burnt pretty bad, but gave it a shot. It was practically inedible. So I called them to see what my options were as I didn't have time to turn around. The lady I spoke to was the one who handed me my order. She tried to argue with me, and told me I ordered an egg mcmuffin. But that doesn't come with ham, and my receipt was correct.... anyways, wasn't worth stopping back after work for $2.41 either, but I figured I would share my experience. The mcdonalds on 100th is much better than this one.
Sandy went above and beyond to resolve an issue and complaint that was filed against the store in parkland. Sandy was very polite and extremely professional. I wish the parkland store had someone like Sandy to guide them.
I ordered through the app and got fries, a coke, and a big Mac no cheese, no Mac sauce, + ketchup, mustard, extra patty no salt. I got a quad Mac with cheese ketchup and mustard only. I have a soy allergy and the cheese has soy in it. Had to toss it. Probably won't go back.
It seems this place is the worst around. Yet I always give them the benefit of the doubt...maybe it was a bad day, maybe theyre understaffed. Heck, maybe theyre just inexperienced in what they do. Our food is Always wrong, cold, or stale. Always end up Absolutely disappointed. This place should just SHUT DOWN. Clearly the owner doesnt GAF. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and go to the other restaurant nearby.
Fries were cold. Big Mac had no flavor. No seasoning very disappointed
McDonald's had severely lacked in service since the pandemic started. Honestly, we avoid it like COVID.
Ive never wrote a review before but this McDonalds is the worst mcdonalds ive ever been too. No customer service and i waited at least 30 minutes. I watched them prepare other people foods and havent got spoken to ONCE about my order or where my food is. I waited at the window and not one person said anything to me for over 10 mins. This mcdonalds needs new people or need to be shut down
I can't give them a 0 stars. I've been waiting for over 30 mins for my order. And still counting. I ordered online. I just called asking for an estimate time for my order. The female that answered just said they were working on it. I asked a second time. Was given the same answer. Took about another 15 mins. AFTER I checked in. I watched cars that were in line after I checked in, come and go. I'm so not happy. The fries weren't hot. No sauce for my kids' nuggets. Just so bad.
Won’t let me inside to wait for my order when it’s 27 degrees out, but apparently family members can hangout inside during business hours ? Super unprofessional
I always forget when I go... they will almost always make you wait in the parking lot when you go through the drive through. Parking lot is hard to get out of. Service is right about 50% of the time.
