Can't believe this is how our pizza looks like. Very bad. It's my daughter's favorite food but we ended up throw the half of the pizza away.
Came in tonight asked if they could make pizza with the seasoning from Italian cheese bread , the lady was somewhat snappy but accommodated my order. She told me it would be right up. I went and sat in my car looking to see if it was up yet . 35 min later I walked in to order hot and ready pizza and then 5he ladytells me that they "JUST putting I. Regards ven . The cook guy didn't see .my order on the screen now its been 50 mi .n. had I not of pd for it I'd of left long ago
I was just there about 5 minutes ago and Cassidy was working at the front and Alexis in the back. They handled everything so well, it was pretty busy and even with all those orders are people coming in, they were very professional and friendly. Cassidy handled an impatient customer with grace. Those two ran the location amazingly. This rating goes out to them!!
Waited 25 minutes for an order of Batman calzone. Was told it’ll be a 10 minute wait. This is definitely not hot and ready as advertised
I have always ordered half supreme and half pepperoni and I always pay $13 something. Today I tried to order one and the “ so called manager Rose” said it was $16 something, the same price as a regular supreme pizza. I told her why would it be $16 when you’re putting just half the ingredients, because it’s half pepperoni. “ She said that’s how she was trained by her old manager. It’s a shame to put people in their position when they don’t even know how to calculate.
Always a good spot. They're an exceptionally good value for the price, and have been one of the go to places for our family for pizza since we moved here. They have a ton of different options for fresh to order pizza and sides, and always have a couple options for the hot and ready pizzas you can just walk in, order, and walk out with.
Once again, for the 2nd time..This particular location just all in all...Is terrible...Poor management & pure slow chaos!.. Apparently there is no "order of operations" at this establishment..My son & I had a pretty basic order, 2 pepperoni pizza's & an order of breadsticks...That we w8'd 47 mins..& while while w8'n we watched about 8-10 more customers order, pay, & walk out with their food before my son finally got his order...& he had ta ask/remind the manager about his order...In which she had an attitude about that even ...& then threw the marinara sauce on the pizza box in a way that matched her sorry a** attitude...This location needs some ta come under "New Management"..Never will we stop or sit thru this place & its frickery again in life...❌.??
The wings were so so soooooo soggy...the fat wasn’t rendered at all so all you have to bite in to is a thick layer of fat....crazy bread is always dry at this location....even though I asked for extra whatever it is they put on their crazy bread it still came to me dry....even thou I called and spoke with the manager, he was only interested in replacing part of the two components of my order I complained about.... won’t be ordering from here again....I’d rather pay more money to order from Pizza Hut and make sure my order is right......buttttttt.....bottom of the barrel pizza company.....bottom of the barrel products and services
Old burnt pizza, must’ve been in there for a longtime! It’s so old tastes stale! Waster of money! Check the hot n ready before leaving the place! Ugh! ?
I'm a regular costumer since August 2014. I havent visited this place since June. All these years never an issue . Today I was there waiting for my order from 6:22 to 6:50pm . They told me 10 minutes. a list of 15 ppl got out with pizza but paying with cash. I understand cash is cash. But let ppl know cash is going to make your order faster. The star is for the cashier that at 6:43 told me 5 more minutes and ended up being 10 more.
