I really love the food here and haven't had an issue before tonight, so I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1. Your front counter girls could use a lesson in customer service, they were incredibly rude when I picked up my food and were laughing at an honest mistake when I was walking out. I do not want to feel uncomfortable while picking up food from a restaurant, particularly from the front staff. Again, I love your food, it's absolutely amazing and I've had awesome experiences every other time I've gone in, but the two working tonight need to take a class on manners or something. They're very rude.

I used to go to L&L all the time while growing up in Hawaii, and sadly this is not the same. While standing in line to order, I noticed many of the tables, as we as the floor, were dirty. The decor is really trying with the pictures of Hawaii and hula dancers on the wall and the fake palm tree by the door. I was excited to see Hawaiian canned drinks in the fridge by the register, but when we opened them to drink, they were warm. The food was alright but a bit lacking in flavor. None of the side veggies were seasoned. My girls weren't a fan of the chicken katsu but that's just a personal preference.

The place is nice and clean portions are super and costumer service 5 star my dougher and I love L&L

We always love eating here. But lately it turned into a Mexican restaurant not Hawaiian. They kept playing Mexican music the whole time we ate there. My bbq Beef was burnt and dry. The cashiers were too busy talking to each other and took them awhile to get our orders. Horrible customer service!

I paid 215.00 for maybe at the best 80.00 of food. Omg what a rip off. They must mean toddlers when they say 8-12 people per tray. Totally overpriced and food is nothing special. I will never order trays from this place again. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip at the end. Prices go up and quantity is down. This restaurant is a prime example. If you want real L&L food get it in Hawaii. It’s even cheaper there and taste so much better. Never again !

Ordered two Katsu chicken meals and they forgot the sauce to both of them. Guess I’ll eat dry chicken for dinner thanks L and L! Check for your sauces before leaving

Tried calling and the phone went to a voicemail saying to leave your name and phone number. I did three times. I ended up driving in 40 minutes later because there was no call back. I put in my orders to go. I asked the girl taking the orders why they didn’t call back as the message said? She said we don’t answer the phone when we are busy. I looked around and there were 5 people total sitting down in the whole restaurant. Must be on island time.

Super good food. The woman who took our order was very nice and the place was clean.

Went there Sunday afternoon around 3. There were a lot of customers so it was a bit of a wait. We ordered the BBQ Mix and the Musubi Trio. The musubi was alright, it just felt like the rice to topping ratio was off (too much rice for the amount of topping). The meat in the BBQ Mix is great - it’s tender, flavorful, and good amount per serving. But the cabbage underneath could’ve used some dressing. And the macaroni salad definitely needed more flavor and/or toppings. I love Polynesian food and this is the first time that I got disappointed. Can’t say I’ll ever go back.

If you’re looking for some amazing Hawaiian BBQ chicken this is the place to go!Customer service is okay- it could be better. It could be tension of a busy evening crowd.Tables & chairs aren’t cleaned. So please be careful when you sit or place things on the table.Orders where cooked as quick as possible. I could hear the kitchen staff communicating with each other
