I can’t say enough good things about this place. Stepping inside astonished and shocked me. It is beautifully decorated and felt like I had just stepped into another world. The place is clean and in good repair. The staff are friendly and efficient, food is meticulously prepared and quickly delivered. This is my new favorite restaurant and the atmosphere is just so so so good. It’s a world within a world. They have a good selection of vegetarian options and their sushi is incredible. While I dont eat seafood, it looked fresh, it didn’t smell, and my child loved it. I am looking forward to a big family dinner in one of their traditional rooms.I especially loved the Koi pond, the fish are fat, happy, and the water is spotless. The owners obviously care about this place and take great care of it.

We ordered the Kobe combo tonight which we have been ordering for years, and today it was pretty disgusting. It was sloppy and many of the rolls were changed with way less flavor. Some were quiet fishy tasting and I enjoy raw fish taste just not this. Along with the terrible taste, they increased the price by 16$ We will never be ordering again sadly. And it used to be one of my favorite places to go.

Very beautiful authentic Japanese restaurant. The food was wonderfully delicious but it is more towards the pricier end.Food:Miso soup was nice and light.Bulgogi was great if I were to change something I wish they made it less watery.Tempura was a good standard dish.Salmon and rice was my favorite dish it was made wonderfully and the salad and rice made a good balance.Sushi: we got the California roll and red fire ks? I enjoyed the red fire ks roll but not so much with California roll though. The decorations made this restaurant such a great experience. They had a beautiful coy fish pond and something I wish I did was to reserve there room it definitely would enhance the experience.

We were impressed with the food and the staff. My meal was so tasty, and the way the octopus was prepared was the best I ever had. It was a little sweet and the roe added the salt and texture. I often forgo eating rice but not here! The rice was amazing with a good amount of stick and a flavor. The pair perfectly with the fish and was very pleasant just one it's own. My sister has food allergies, and the waitress helped pick out an amazing cooked salmon and even thought to bring the salad without dressing but bring lemons to sub as a dressing. I will most definitely be dining here again.

It was fantastic! We rented out a little room. Service was amazing, and the food was so good! Definitely recommend going there when you get a chance.

Super attentive and friendly service. The vegetable soba noodles were savory and flavorful. Great dine-in environment with tall separation between booths. Love this place.

We got an easy reservation for a Saturday night in the private hut rooms. The food was delicious, everything from the gyoza and tempura to the fresh rolled sushi. Kids ordered teriyaki. Food was fast. We were well attended to also. We will definitely be back soon.

Amazing!! We really enjoyed our visit to Kyoto Japanese Restaurant. The food was outstanding, especially the delicious sushi rolls. The Dragon Roll, Moose Roll, Las Vegas Roll, and Lakewood Roll were all fantastic. The restaurant is very nice inside with authentic Japanese decoration and a small fish pond. There are normal restaurant tables as well as traditional low seating tables for those who like that experience. The service was top notch and food was served quickly. Pricing was reasonable especially for the large portions. Would definitely recommend Kyoto for anyone looking for excellent sushi!!

My husband and I have been going here for several years. This place continues to be our #1 place to go. Funny enough, this place was actually one of our first dates together.Kyotos was the first place I tried sushi and fell in love with it. Before here I've had bad experiences and thought I would never want to eat any type of seafood again. As the years have gone on this place continues to be our absolute favorite place to go to for our date nights. They have always been consistent with their wonderful service, they always like to surprise us with little treats and dishes. The food looks like art when it is served! They never fail to impress us here. If I could eat here everyday I would. I wish I had more pictures of the actual food but we always end up devouring it before I even think of taking a picture ?Thank you Kyotos for always giving us an exquisite experience. ? You guys are truly a lovely diamond ? close to home.
