If I could GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I would. The absolute worst experience with Jimmy John’s that I have ever had. I placed an order and after 1 hour, I called to follow up. I spoke to Anthony Quimby-Hayes, the manager. He was rude and disrespectful and offered to CANCEL my order after waiting for over an hour. I asked why he didn’t call to let us know that they were having issues with timing and I was told that it was NOT HIS JOB AND WAS UP TO THE DRIVERS TO CONTACT. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Anthony, you need to return to school and learn how to speak to customers!!!!! Customers calling after an hour and acting like it was our problem, is ridiculous!
Not my favorite location for Jimmy John's. Our service from this location has not been as good as the one in University Place. We occasionally go here after going to Fort Steilacoom.
Nice staff, good sandwiches, BUT attention to detail is bad. I’ll admit, I should remind the employees if something is forgotten. But often times I’m stopping by on my lunch break to get something fast and I forget too. Every single time I have ordered, I get kickin ranch, and it is forgotten every time. At a certain point, I should remember when I’m at the store and not when I’m at work in my car scarfing my sandwich down. But alas, I am who I am. Crossing my fingers my next visit has kickin ranch with my sandwich.
They can't follow simple instructions. Click leave at door and they'll stand there waiting for you, say cut the sandwich in half and they don't, say you want napkins and you'll get none. They frequently forget straws, drinks, sides, etc. The only reason they get two stars is because it's still a good sandwich.
This place can be good.. attention to deal not always so I have to double check. I always order online . tonight only one of two sandwiches in bag. So I had to wait.. I order online so I can quickly pick up at window and I am scolded for skipping line and going straight to open window. Isn't that the point of ordering online its faster ? Why should I have to wait for the people ordering at drive thru? They say oh your out of order. It's not that hard to grab my bag that is sitting there cause I always order plenty ahead of time.I have been curious if this is franchise or cooperate place.
Service great. Loved the JJ Garantum, my husband loved the country club. 8 inch is big enough for 2 meals.
Cashier was not very friendly. I paid and she just walked away? Wasn't sure if I waited for a recipet? A simple thank you, your order will be ready shortly at the end of the counter.
Drive-thru worker was vulgar and rude. Never come to this restaurant
I have called this Jimmy John's several times and no one answers the phone. This is the 3rd order I received that was made incorrectly. I ordered the #12 w/o cheese, add onion and oil & vinegar and none of the customization I requested was followed. It's annoying that you can't follow the customization provided via the app. Especially if there are people who have allergies you need to make a more concerted effort to follow what's written. And try answering your phone!!!
