They handled raw chicken without changing gloves then handled my food afterwards not safe to eat here.
Jersey Mike's really let me down this time. I don't typically eat here a lot just because I think that their sandwiches are so overprices. However, when I have eaten here the food and service have been exceptional. That was until yesterday. For the record, the service was good as usual but the quality of my sandwich was so far under standard that it will be quite some time before tempt fate again and return to Jersey Mike's in Lakewood. The bread was as hard as an old shoe and the lettuce was dry and wilted. (the freshness and crispness of the lettuce makes or breaks the sandwich for me.) I noticed the lettuce even as the sandwich was being made, but I figured that the usually great bread would save the day. If this ever happens again I guess I will just have to get my sub fix from somewhere else. I figure a sub is an easy meal to get right. Good quality meat and then fresh bread and veg. No problem right!! What a waste of money and tip.
I love there customer service and food quality.....employees just need to pay more attention to detail....I've asked for my sandwich a certain way a few times and they failed to do it hood thing it wasn't major but I was still a tad bit disappointed. Other then that cool....two thumbs up from me!
I generally do like Jersey Mike's and preferred the Philly cheese steak there although I think it is a little pricey it is worth it.
Sandwich was great.This was my first time so I didn't really know what to expect, ordered 2 sandwiches and had 2 people in front of use. The staff was awkward and way to playfully with each other which added to the wait. A person that came in after me had got her sandwich first, the couple before me go served their sandwiches at separate times "decent wait between" which as we all know sucks lol.I'm pretty sure I was starting to nod off when my food finally showed up .All that being said sadly it's 2022 and I should just be happy they were staffed at all ?
The bread on my $13 sandwich was so HARD I could knock on it. Absolutely stale and disgusting. I have braces, this was a waste of money. I couldn’t even press into the bread! On top of that, I asked for no tomatoes, I got tomatoes. Whoever made this meal needs to be coached.
I love the food but the staff have pretty poor attitudes and this location never has clean tables. They don't offer hand sanitizer and the employees do not wear masks properly noses exposed all over
Two workers were outside, inside was pitch black and 7pmish. They hoped up once i pulled in and made my sandwich. It took forever because they had to heat the grills back up. Customers service is a thing of the past. Sandwich was good overall
Very unprofessional for delivery drivers. I came in and was told the Sandwich for my pickup is being made right now. FOUR more customers come in, order, receive their food and leave. 10 min. later I finally ask and qm being told "we are still working on that...". Delivery drivers are not being paid by the hour, they depend on quick service and the customer on the other end is your customer that won't be back if deliveries continue to be beyond late. Pushing aside orders is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional.
Closest thing to an east coast steak sub.
