All the Jack in the boxes I've been to in this area (Tacoma, Lakewood, university place) say they are open 24 hours on Google but they are not. Sometimes they just randomly close because they are not staffed. Sometimes they are fully staffed but they just don't serve people because their computers are down for several hours every morning. Please Google stop letting jack-in-the-box list themselves as 24 hours in the Tacoma area. They are not. They aren't even open even all days a week for breakfast hours. And they haven't been since the pandemic started. I went to two different Jack-in-the-box this morning and both were closed.

The ladies at the front were so very nice Beatrice nikayla and nikia I think were their names April 13th at 10:39. Is when this happened. So I called from my house before I drove there to see if they were open because usually at this time they are only Open to online orders or Uber eats or something like that I called and asked if there were any stipulations the lady said no I got there and she said they are only accepting cash but she recognized my voice and said she was sorry that she gave me the wrong information and go ahead and order and she will get it to me for free and that she is very sorry Most of my experiences by far with Jack in the Box employees is that they are very rude and very weird but these 3 ladies are very nice please promote these 3 Women I believe there African American.

The woman helping me seemed so tired, but she got my order right and gave me the right amount of sauces. Hopefully they pay well there. Glad this Jack is open past midnight. Thank you

The lacking fifth star isn't necessarily their fault. The reason for four stars rather than five is the convenience of entering and exiting this particular store. The food was delightful and the staff was incredibly friendly. The area was clean and the food was as fast as you would expect from Jack in the box. Overall, great job this morning!

Their chicken tenders are delicious! That's what my boyfriend and I get everytime we go there. This locations drive thru seems to move quickly also

Stole money from us. On Feb 24th my hubby asked me to do a mobile order so he could pick up after work. It was about 9:40pm around 10:15pm he gave to a call and told me to hit the button in the jack in the box app that will let them know you're on the way and to start making the food. He gets to Jack in the Box around 10:25pm, tells her he is picking up a mobile order and she responds with "We're closed." Mind you Google has their closing time set for 4 am. So he tells her our order is already paid for she says to just hit cancel. We would have but there's No cancel button because we've already pushed that button to have them make the food. He lets her know this and she tells him to request a refund through the app, when he asks her how she tells him she doesn't know. I'm still on the phone with him I go searching through the 'Faqs' in the app and while doing so I learn that it's the employees responsibility to cancel an order if it's not picked up by the time they close. So really I shouldn't have been able to tell them to make my food. I tell my husband to whip back around and ask her for manager info seeing as a refund could take a few days maybe we could just have her jot our names down and we could pick up our order the next day and when he did, there was no response but the car was STILL in the parking lot. I've already filled out the form online and still no refund, I have tried calling the restaurant and get the message that the mailbox has not yet be set up, I've tried calling corporate multiple times in one during during business hours and get a recording saying they are closed! I posted on their Facebook wall (they had just created a post the previous day) and still no response. So I'm posting here. Either this employee was not given the proper tools to handle the situation or they just didn't care to do their job properly. All I know is that I paid for food I never received and have yet to see this money spent returned to our account. Not sure if anyone is actually going to read or respond but in case anyone does my husband wants his money or food.

No stars! This place is horrible. Food is always greassy and disgusting, hashbrown is soft as if it was sitting for hours! The location is convinient, but I after 2 horrible visits, I would rather drive farther! I don't know how it stays open! Horrible place.

Honestly, I would have not given the a star this morning from about 1015 to 1040 I was in the drive through. I ordered 4 meat lover burrito and two supreme croissant, mind you the price was 40 something and I did not get a receipt or asked if I wanted one. She asked me what my order was and I told her again as she thought it was 5 burritos and I had to make it clear that I wanted the supreme croissants.Looked in the bag and the Croissants were with extreme sausage. Mind you my stomach doesn’t do well with sausage. As to why I didn’t order those. I am very dissatisfied with the way this store is run. They don’t care at all about what you order they just put stuff in a bag and call it good. They don’t bother checking to make sure it’s correct.

Staff randomly decide they're not taking orders. They'll take an order from the person in front of you, tell you that they're not taking orders, and then take the order of the person behind you. The food is regularly cold. I have to go back to get items replaced at least 50% of the time because the staff regularly forgets to include items - or they include things I didn't even order.

Worker was beyond rude and slammed the window in my face because she kept messing my order up. She should be wrote up and made to take classes to learn people skills.
